Condo, 2 Bedrooms + Loft, 2 Baths
Flying Dutchman is known for its expansive grounds, year-round outdoor pool, spa and sauna. This condo faces out to the forest and mountains giving it extra privacy, yet still close to all the amenities. The free Keystone shuttle bus is nearby and only one stop away from the Mountain House and ski lifts.
The fully equipped kitchen has an open design, remodeled to include granite counter tops. The master bedroom has a king size bed and its own bath. The second bedroom with lofted ceiling includes 2 twins that can also be set as a king. The large loft, some call this the 3rd bedroom, also has 2 twins with the option to set as a king. The gas fireplace makes it particularly comfy to relax.
The unit includes cable with free HBO, free high-speed internet and a ski locker right outside your door.
John and Sherry visit Keystone year round. The photo here is near the Summit House this summer for a Friday afternoon happy hour. Our other home is in Denver and our children's families are also all in Colorado.
We sail Lake Dillon in the summer and bicycle everywhere.
John had a few more than 20 ski days last winter. Sherry fewer and is still looking for boots that fit comfortably.
John Benner purchased this condo in 2013
Until 2013 our mountain home was a tent. We were pleased to find a single location to return to frequently.
Flying Dutchman was one of the first condos built at Keystone with larger units and beautiful forested surrounding grounds. It is quite peaceful.
Wonderful location in the Keystone resort. Free shuttle was close, quick and made all parts of the resort easily accessible. Great communication with friendly property owners made everything easy. Clean, comfortable, would certainly stay again.
