Why David Sams chose Penrose
Location, location, location. The cottage is right next to a stream. During the summer you can sleep with the windows open hearing the sound of the falling water and have breakfast on the large porch. During the winter curl up in the living room with the gas fireplace.
What makes this Cottage unique
Vaulted ceiling in the living room and kitchen. Newly remodeled with new appliances, cabinets, and fixtures throughout. Beautiful custom granite countertops in the kitchen.

Policies
Cancellation policy
- 100% refund of amount paid if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
- 50% refund of amount paid (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in.
Damage and incidentals
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.
