Clean and fully furnished private upstairs apartment in a multi-unit home. Home is located in a private, residential area at the end of a cul-de-sac, so if you are looking for nightlife, this is not the house. This vacation rental is the entire second floor of the property, featuring a large 1,597 square foot living area with air conditioning units in the living room and all three bedrooms. Three wrap around lanais with seating provide amazing 360 degree views of the island. The property does back to a busy road with one bedroom on the road side of the house. The other two bedrooms are on the backside of the property and are quiet. The young and friendly property owners (Jon & Anne Marie) live on site.
This private apartment has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and sleeps 10 comfortably with 3 sleeper sofas in the living room. It has a full kitchen equipped with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, cookware, coffee maker, toaster, rice cooker, blender, utensils, and starter paper products. Linens and towels are also provided. A washer and dryer, high speed Wi-Fi internet, and cable television are provided free of charge. A beautifully landscaped garden with many outdoor seating areas, 4 fish ponds with waterfall feature, shaded hammock, and BBQ grill are also available for your enjoyment.
