The Sand and The Sea at Angler's at Sombrero is located in the heart of Marathon

The Sand and The Sea is decorated with an upscale modern coastal feel. In addition to have your own private pool, private dock, and private fish cleaning station, this fully equipped brand new Villa with accommodations for up to 10 people: there are TWO MASTER SUITES with king size beds and flat screen tv's (one upstairs, one downstairs); a third bedroom also has a king size bed and flat screen tv, and shares a bath with a fourth bedroom with full size bunk beds. There is also a flat screen TV in the living room!

There is covered parking for two and additional parking for cars and trailer. Beautiful canal view and from the porch, you can see colors from both the sunrise and the sunset! Everything you want and need to enjoy island living!

Just a couple minutes up from Sombrero Beach on the ocean, the villa is located in the heart of Marathon with all your favorite restaurants, shops and grocery stores very close by (Publix is just one minute away)! About an hour from Key West and a perfect day trip or visit Bahia Honda State Park and Beach, just 20 minutes away.

7 Mile Bridge: South of Marathon. It connects Knight’s Key, Marathon, to Little Duck Key, in the Lower Keys. Among the longest bridges in existence when it was built, it is part of the Overseas Highway in the keys, which is part of the 2,369-mile U.S. Route 1. There are two bridges in this location. The modern bridge is open to vehicular traffic; the older one only to pedestrians and cyclists. The older bridge, originally known as the Knights Key-Pigeon Key-Moser Channel-Pacet Channel Bridge, was constructed from 1909 to 1912 under the direction of Henry Flager and Clarence S. Coe as part of the Florida East Coast Railway’s Key West Extension, also known as the Overseas Railroad.
