Large dinning room and a full kitchen with laundry out the back kitchen door. Attatched to the rear of the home is a rustic studio with 1 queen bed, full kitchen and full bath. Private patio with sun awning, chairs and table. On the other side of the property is the rustic guest house/ cabin with 1 queen bed super cute ocean island views and mountain views. The cabin has queen bed, electric fire place, mini fridge and outdoor kitchen on the private deck with shade awning. Also a full bathroom with a shower connected. On the rear of guest house is stair case to private deck under the oak tree wth panoramic views. Great for relaxing with a drink and loved one. The home is on a private road with a total of five homes on the street all million dollar homes. Nice quiet road for walks and kids can play.
