Renovated in 2018! This gorgeously-updated, 3-bedroom corner unit offers plenty of space, modern furnishings and panoramic views of the Gulf. One of the best features of this unit is its AMAZING panoramic Gulf views, which you can enjoy while sipping your morning coffee or gulping your third margarita. Plus, since it’s on the 19th floor, it’s like a quiet sanctuary away from the noise of the pool, beach and maybe even your own kids. 1901 is Aqua’s largest and most open floorplan, sleeps 11, has 3 baths and includes two comfy beachfront lounge chairs reserved just for you, so you can focus on the important things in the morning, like filling the Yeti with ice. (Chairs available Mar-Oct).
We’ve also upgraded this unit with brand new LED TVs in all of the bedrooms, HDMI inputs for your video games and devices, USB plugs on the night stands to keep your Instagram followers jealous, and a sofa sleeper for additional guests or snoring husbands. The living room features a huge 65” 4K OLED TV with a Blu-ray player for those rainy days or times when you’ve had too much sun. And of course, there’s free wifi. (It’s 2018, folks.)
The Gulf-front master has a super comfy bed and your own private entrance to the balcony (giving you the best bedroom-view in the condo, because hey, you’ve earned it.) It also has a 60” LED TV (for catching up on the Bachelor, er, watching the news.) and a Blu-ray player. The spacious master bath includes all the usual bathroom stuff, like a shower, double sinks, walk in closet, soaking tub, yada yada yada. Your master bedroom back home is gonna be jealous.
The super-cute second bedroom includes a new queen bed with an en suite bathroom. It has a 50” LED TV and its own private balcony with a pretty awesome view of the bay and Pier Park. Score.
The third bedroom is the bunk room, where we’ve set it up for you to pack those kids in there… it’s got FIVE beds. Yep. A triple bunk and a standard bunk. Plus, it has a 50” LED TV with a Blu-ray player, so your kids can watch Paw Patrol or Finding Nemo, for the 200th time this week, in all its glory. There’s also a private balcony off this one and a bathroom for the kids with a tub/shower combo, perfect for hosing off sandy kids at the end of the night.
Seriously, this unit is the one you’ve been looking for (said with a Jedi-mind-trick hand sweeping across your face.) It’s modern, freshly renovated, no gross carpet anywhere, and the best floor plan in the building. There’s so much room to spend time with (or away from) your family. (We don’t judge.) Plus, it’s walking distance to Pier Park, so that you can walk to restaurants or stumble home from the bars. Welcome to 1901. Do it. Seriously.
