About David and Angie Carmichael
Angie and I retired in 2016 and moved to Gulf Shores AL from Ft Smith AR. When we sold our home in Arkansas we invested in Crystal Tower 1701 and totally remodeled the unit. In addition to Crystal Tower 1701 we also own Seacrest 901 (VRBO 1323351) which is a two bedroom two bathroom east end corner Penthouse situated directly on the beach about 1/2 mile West of Crystal Tower. We manage and clean both Seacrest 901 and Crystal Tower 1701 which we occupy as our home when not rented to guests. This enables us to keep the property updated and pristine as it is our residence as well as a vacation rental to guests. Our other investments in Gulf Shores includes two units at Phoenix All Suites Hotel - Units 310 and 909 which are both east end units and managed by Brett-Robinson. Currently Angie and I also work for the State of Alabama Department of Education driving school buses in Baldwin County. This is our way of giving back to our local community.

In our opinion no other condo in Gulf Shores or Orange Beach compares with Crystal Tower. With the two outdoor pools and hot tubs, one indoor pool, a sauna and two fitness rooms then coupled with the view from our 17th floor newly remodeled east end unit with two king suites each with its own private bath as well as private balcony. We couldn’t have ever found anything nicer and we are sure you will agree.
What makes this Condo unique
No other condo in Gulf Shores or Orange Beach has the amenities of Crystal Tower. Also, we are local so any issues you may have during your stay can be handled promptly. Angie and I also do our own cleaning so no detail is overlooked.

A beautiful stay for a beach getaway
Treat yourself and stay at 1701! The room is beautiful and equipped with everything you need. The owners are wonderful and want you to have the best time possible. They answered all of my questions and made it clear that if we needed anything to let them know. You will not be disappointed with your stay! We can’t wait to go back!

We loved the location and the views were amazing. Everything was spotless, beds and pillows comfy. Kitchen was well equipped.
Amazing views and property.
The views were amazing. The condo was clean and the owners checked on us after arriving to assure everything was to our liking. The ammenities of the condo were also great. Will definitely try to stay here again on our next visit to Gulf Shores.

The condo is gorgeous, the pictures do not do it justice! The views are spectacular from both balconies, the condo is conveniently located with easy access to the pool, beach, restaurants and local golf courses.
