A vacation home loaded with charm. Please read our reviews of our other home so you can know what to expect. The kitchen has been recently remodeled and is sure to please. There is ample parking for 6 cars. One spot next to the house and a small lot across the street and diagonal from the house. 3 bedrooms with great linens and comfy beds. Plenty of deck space, yard and dock. One very large bathroom and one tiny. Great location.
Guests have access to the entire home. Three bedrooms, kitchen, living room, 2 decks, boat dock, kayaks, floaties, outdoor furniture and grill. There is a front load washer and dryer on the main floor and another in the basement for beach towels and bathing suits. The house is on a double lot so there is plenty of room for kids to run around and play on the grass.
We live close by so we can be there if you need us at all. We respond to all texts immediately. We will send you the code on your day of arrival when the home is ready for you to move in. The house is yours for the rental and we want you to enjoy it. Feel free to have guests but we ask that you have no extra guests for overnight beyond 7 people.
We are less than a mile from Cayuga State Park and Boat Launch. There is also a boat rental establishment within a mile. It is a quaint vacation community. There are several restaurant/bars within walking distance. If you have a car you definitely want to visit the Cayuga Wine Trail, the Seneca Wine Trail and the Finger Lakes Beer trail. Swimming, fishing, kayaking, leaf watching, star gazing , ice skating, ice fishing, it's all here by the top of the lake We are within 10 minutes of the Del Largo Casino. If you are visiting family or friends at the New York Chiropractic College it is a 5 minute walk. Seneca Falls is the birthplace of the Woman's Rights Movement and is a charming village.
Parking is 2 houses down and across the street. It is large enough for 4-6 cars. There is also a parking spot in front of the house. You can also park your boat at the dock!
