About Wendy Goldstein
Wendy and David are true entrepreneurs that live most of the year outside of Boston in a 2 family house that was built in 1776. When it was time for the kids to go to college we started renting our 1BR apartment (it was our office) as a short-term rental and all the money went into the college fund. With one more ready to go to college in 2018 we started looking for our next adventure and we found it in St. Augustine.
Wendy Goldstein purchased this House in 2017
Why Wendy Goldstein chose Saint Augustine
While on business on Amelia Island they took a drive to St. Augustine during the nights of lights and fell in love. It also happened to be the 450 anniversary of the town which made it even more special. Before this trip, they hadn't even heard of St. Augustine and now we have 2 vacation rentals less than a mile from each other. This one will be ready in September 2018 and they know you are going to love it.
What makes this House unique
The real estate listing said hidden street and we were intrigued. Just off San Marco minutes from the gate and the Bayfront, close to Frasier Field, the guest house is so close to everything yet secluded and private. This house has great open space and even before we got to it has been freshly updated with the finest appointments. This house has a great backyard, a comfortable space, three bedrooms and is really special.

There were no surprises - everything was as advertised. There were many little extras: hairdryer; toiletries (extra toothbrushes, shampoo; welcome wine bottle; candies; new Weber grille, etc. ).
Beds and pillows were very comfortable!
The home was beautifully unique in its decor which reminded us they we were on vacation.
Dave and Wendy were very responsive to our questions. We would highly recommend this home for your visit to St. Augustine as it is in walking distance to many attractions.
Saint Augustine get away
What a wonderful home to spend time with my family on vacation. Modern, clean, convenient, with all the amenities you would ever need for your vacation. The owners were just a delight to work with and their home is well appointed and cared for. The location is convenient for walking without the use of a car yet far enough away from the hustle and bustle to have a nice quiet evening at home. You will not be disappointed staying here!
Amazing St. Augustine property
This home was just perfect. The hosts attention to detail was amazing. They thought of everything necessary to make our stay comfortable. The location of the home was just perfect. In a quiet residential area with a short walk to the center of town. We left our car parked the entire trip and enjoyed walking to all locations of interest. Thank you again for a most wonderful stay!
Best Guest House EVER
The house is absolutely amazing, and the owners had so many extra touches to make our stay so warm & welcoming. We were within walking distance to all events, and a great little neighborhood. Thanks again to Wendy & David.
6 Loring Street (5 stars)
What a wonderful house with beautiful furnishings. Plenty of room for 5 adults. Beds are very comfortable and all the thoughtful little touches from postcards to wine were awesome. We will definitely contact Wendy and David for another trip to St. Aug in the near future.
