Look no further! This is where you want to stay in Miami! This recently renovated two bedroom apartment is well equipped with luxury amenities. Everything inside is brand new, great for business travelers, families, snowbirds. Located in midtown, close to anywhere you want to be or be seen! There are restaurants, shops downstairs. There is a Publix supermarket is also within walking distance too.

Luxury Amenities:

The apartment is absolutely Brand new flooring, a pristine new kitchen with the latest appliances. It's a high-end unit, ideal for business travelers, snow birds and small/young families, who want their own beautiful "apartment space and home" while in beautiful Miami.

The building has an elegant lobby entrance, shops and restaurants downstairs, a deli/supermarket, pharmacy and anything a visitor could need in amenities downstairs in connected internal commercial space next door, making it very convenient for all guests. Guest Access is easy. We meet the guest at check-in time with keys and entry into the apartment.

Guest Services:

Baggage Valet/Concierge: If Guests arrive before Cck-in time or plan to leave town after Check-out, they can drop off their luggage at the building Valet service. It is very convenient, safe, and costs $10. Just drive up to the building entrance and you will see the bell boys who are happy to help!

Condo details:

Bedroom 1 has full access to the large balcony and gorgeous views.

Bedroom 2 (the Suite) – does not have a window, but is well lit and spacious and efficient in layout, with walk-in closet.

Both Bedrooms have their own personal smart TV’s w/ cable, internet for full privacy and choice. Netflix capable with your account details.

The Living Room has its own flat screen as well, providing a spacious, comfortable social space.

The surrounding neighborhood is lovely. Margaret Park is close to the building for exercise, tennis courts, and a running sidewalk next to the water. There's a Marina directly behind the building where jet skies and charter/private boats can be rented for day trips.

A view of Biscayne Bay and water is all around.

The ocean and the pool are at your doorstep. Take a stand up paddle board course right from your doorstep and jump in to discover the Bay!

The location is near South Beach, Lincoln Road, Ocean Drive, and all main Miami monuments.

Publix supermarket is 2 blocks away, convenience stores, restaurants at walking distance. Just a few blocks from Art Galleries - Design District, Wynwood.


A few blocks up is the Miami Design District: Home to over 130 art galleries, showrooms, creative services, architecture firms, stores, antiques dealers, eateries and bars. Every 2nd Saturday of each month a community wide Art & Design Night is held from 7-10 pm. A popular event, Art Galleries and Design Showrooms open their doors to the public for music and custom closets in each room for comfort and independence in any room of the condo.

Getting around:

10-15 Minutes to South Beach and Collins Rd / Lincoln Rd.

15 minutes from MIA Airport

5 minutes to the American Airlines Arena (walking distance)

10 minutes to Cruise Port

10 minutes from Wynwood

15 minutes from Brickell

There are Taxi Cabs in front of the building all the time since the lobby is shared with the Double Tree Hotel.

We also STRONGLY recommend using UBER since there are so many around the neighborhood and have great pricing. UBER also removes the hassle of finding parking around Miami, as it can be expensive and hard to find at times.

There is 1 parking space available included in the price IF your booking is for a 10-night minimum stay or more. (these are building rules). At that point only is parking available in resident garage.

If your stay is shorter, the building provides convenient Valet service at the entrance for $29 per night.

There is also street parking (pay at meter) around the neighborhood.

Again we recommend that you use UBER around Miami as it is cheap, readily available everywhere, fast, and saves you time. Parking around Miami can be expensive and hard to find the closer you get to the beach. A ride in Uber to South Beach costs $9-$11.

Terrific Condo, even better Owner

The condo is in a great location. It's a building with hotel at the bottom floors and residences on top floors. That creates some pros and cons, mostly pros though. The only con we experienced was the issue with checking in and getting a parking space. The process for getting a parking space is overly complex and bureaucratic. This is where David, the owner, went out of his way to alleviate any pains for us. There were couple of minor hiccups with the condo, but David was simply amazing in being responsive, professional and always doing the right thing. In summary, condo is great, location is terrific, but most importantly, David is amazing. At the end of the day, that's what matters the most. Will definitely stay here again if we are back in Miami.

Great, spacious, modern apartment

Apt was very clean and modern, the pool/hot tubs were fantastic, and location was an easy 15-20 min uber ride to all our events. Great host, would recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at this exceptionally clean, attractive 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo in the Grand Hotel on Biscayne Bay. We enjoyed sitting on the large patio & watching boats, yachts, & ships navigate the bay. It is close to a marina, walking park, grocery store, a variety of restaurants, museums, Wynwood Art District and American Airlines Arena. We used Uber to visit several Miami attractions. Dave, the owner, was very informative & the check-in & check-out process effortless. Would certainly return!

Great location

Beautiful newly renovated property in an excellent location. The kids loved the large and convenient pool. We didn't even need to rent a car because Metromover and Uber were so easy and reasonable. Enterprise rental and shops also right on premises. Grocery a couple blocks away. We enjoyed the large balcony too and would definitely stay here again on a future visit.
