This is 4 bedroom 1 bathroom furnished apartment. We can rent room or entire house with different price. 3 minutes walk to subway and beach, 10 minutes to airport and 15 minutes to downtown Boston, free utility, free kitchen. Private bedroom basically furnished with queen or twin size bed.
More information: 1. On street parking is free at night (7:00pm to 7:00am) and weekend. But you can always park your car at subway station parking lot which is $5 per day (very cheap and safe). 2. We have two rooms with window air-conditioner and two rooms with fan only. Please confirm whether you will get the room with air-conditioner when book (some guest complaint this in summer sometimes). First book, first serve. 3. You need bring your own shower towel and slipper for health purpose. We provide washed sheet but you can bring yourself if you care about it. We clean bathroom weekly, so please keep it clean after you use it. 4. Owner will avoid to bother guest during your stay unless you have question to call or email owner. Boston house and hotel is very expensive, so please don't expect condition like hotel with this price. But we provide all the basic living condition and have kitchen available. If you look for your honey moon stay, please keep this place away :) :)

Though the property owner was upfront about the low degree of cleanliness for the apartment (there was still a pile of cigarette ash on the nightstand though this is supposedly a non smoking property), he completely misrepresented the level of basic security that we could expect. In his message, he indicated that both the street side door and the door to the apartment had codes to get in. Both the street side door and the door to the apartment were open when we arrived. We dropped off our bags and went to get some dinner, closing both doors behind us with the expectation that they were locked. When we returned from dinner, again, both doors were open. It turns out that, though the street side door locks it is often left ajar by other tenants of the building and the door to the apartment itself did not lock at all. There was a key pad to punch in the code but it would not lock - it was taped with electrical tape on the inside and seemed to be just for show. Additionally, none of the smoke detectors in the apartment were working. Needless to say, we left before our stay was up. The owner has yet to address my complaints about the condition of this property. I would strongly suggest avoiding this apartment.
As response of the guest, their review are total wrong. I don't know what he means. Our keypad code lock works well and we also have long term tenant (live here more than 8 years) in first floor. We use keypad code lock to manage two entrances (first and second floor) always. It is strange that he mentioned the lock doesn't work. As owner, can we always keep apartment open? Can we always allow any people enter the apt for the half million house? The keypad lock has a switch to unlock that he mentioned that I use tape to seal it. I normally don't allow guest use it. I guess he just doesn't know how to use the lock and unlock the switch. He should contact me immediately if he found the lock doesn't work but he didn't. I know he just want to get refund after he found other apartment because he doesn't want to share apt with other guest. We have one other guest that day.
