THE SNEAKY TIKI !!! Rookery 3, Unit 6035. Come enjoy our beach cottage in Gulf Shores/Ft. Morgan; Beach 1/4 mile drive w/parking; 2 pools in complex. Dogs welcome (2 limit). Golf cart rental on premises.

Two parking passes will be left on counter. They MUST be displayed. 2 car limit **park in assigned spaces in front of cottage. No boats\trailers allowed.

The space
We are 14 miles from downtown Gulf Shores, nestled between the Gulf of Mexico and Mobile Bay in the Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge.

Rookery 3 community features two pools, one with zero entry just steps away from your door and small one near entrance

There are five golf courses nearby & you are a short ½ mile to SASSY BASS or Tacky Jacks, local seafood gems. New Jessie’s Restaurant not far. For the History bluff, a 4 mile drive west leads you to historic Fort Morgan State Park. There you can watch cannon demonstrations and tour fort. Just before the Fort you can catch the Mobile Bay Ferry for a sunset cruise or go to Dauphin Island where you can visit the Sea Lab and Fort Gaines. From Dauphin Island, you're just a short drive to Mobile with it's historic USS Battleship, Aviation Museum. Plus we are on Pensacola, Blue Angels practice routes. Look above.

Take Fort Morgan Road (Hwy 180) into the heart of Gulf Shores for lunch at Lucy Buffett’s LuLu’s, ACME Oysters, Premium Outlet shopping, amphitheater, amusement parks, water park, movie theaters, restaurants, mini golf, The HangOut for concerts and nightlife. Feeling more adventurous? Just 10 miles further down beach is the World Famous Flora Bama. Check out Gulf Shores & Orange Beach web site for Spring, Summer, Fall and Winter Concerts and Festivals which include Oyster Cook Off, Annual Shrimp Festival, Wharf UnCorked, World Food Network Championships and Wharf concert venue. OWA complex is less than 30 miles away - Tropic Water Park, amusement park, comedy club, Paula Deene, Groovy Goat, Sassy Donuts and many more shops and restaurants.

Our home is a roomy cottage with 3 bedrooms & 2 baths. The Master has a King bed, the second & third have Queen. It provides a cozy cottage for 2 with plenty of space for 6 . It's a perfect place for a family vacation or a quiet get-a-way.

The unit is fully equipped, including TV in the 1st and 2nd bedrooms as well as a large HD flat screen in living area all with Roku, Hulu, Disney+, ESPN. The cottage also has a screened-in porch with ceiling fan for relaxing. (Bedroom #3 does not have TV).

Kitchen has a variety of pots, pans & silverware. Keurig (bring your own supplies) and stacked washer/dryer (bring your own supplies).

GOLF CARTS: can be rented from Rookery 3 (reservation prior to arrival). You are responsible for any damage to our property or Rookery 3 property. Must have valid driver’s license to drive. If you plan to need more than 2 parking passes, they must be requested and paid for at least week prior to arrival, through me.

You will be given access code at check in time
This code will only be active for check in after 2:00 pm
and w/b disabled at 9:30 am day of check out. If you stay past 9:00, you will be charged for another day.

Other things to note
Security Company monitor parking & community. Please be sure to read House Rules. NO smoking of any kind or vaping in house, porch, screened in porch or deck area. Community has two pools, both are NON smoking/no glass.

Dogs allowed, limit 2, additional fees apply. You are responsible for any damages by your dogs. Fort Morgan is dog friendly beach, you must pick up after dogs in Rookery 3 and beach.

Renter responsible to call daily to check Beach Flags for current beach conditions and must follow flag warnings. Swimming in any water is at your own risk, there are no lifeguards at community pools, Gulf of Mexico or Mobile Bay areas near Rookery 3. Beaches near The Hangout have lifeguards.

Two parking spots assigned to unit. If additional parking pass needed. Request must be made 7 days prior to arrival and 100.00 fee paid to COA before they will assign a numbered guest parking space.

On site Golf Cart rental available prior to arrival. Please ask. You are responsible for any damage to our property or Rookery 3 property. You are required to carry insurance for golf cart, drivers and passengers at all time. Display your parking pass at all times, or you could receive parking ticket. Any parking violation charges are your responsibility.

HURRICANE RULES: In the event there is a named Hurricane AND MANDATORY Evacuations are announced by the Governor for Fort Morgan. All Guests are required to leave immediately. Days under MANDATORY Evacuations will be refunded.
