This large one bedroom is extremely spacious (700 square feet), features a queen size bed, floor to ceiling windows offering plenty of natural light, and is accessible by your own private entrance. The room is equipped with air-conditioning, its own fireplace, and a private patio!

Once you exit the elevator, please follow the signs posted directing you to your room (3001). Your privately designated bathroom is outside of the bedroom. As you walk towards your bedroom from the elevator it is the door on the right in the hallway. Please note there is a kitchenette/lounge room between your bedroom and bathroom; this is a common room and shared space for all the guests.
This room is for all the Airbnb guests to use. The kitchenette includes a coffee machine, microwave, toaster-oven, and refrigerator. There is NO stove. Cups, dishes, and other utensils are also available. Enjoy this communal space while taking in amazing views of Downtown and Stanley Park!
HOW TO CHECK-IN:
Check-in is done remotely through the intercom system. When you arrive at the building, please use the intercom to call 3001 or 3002. This call will be routed to me directly and I will open the door for you. Immediately upon entering the building, please take the next available elevator and press the button for the 30th floor. If the elevator does not take you up, please call again.
Your room number is 3001 and it is towards the right after you exit the elevator. Your room key & elevator fob will be in your room.
*** The elevator is programmed to ONLY allow people who call from the intercom to access the 30th floor. Do NOT follow others into the building; the elevator will NOT take you to the 30th floor without calling from the intercom. ***
IF YOU REQUIRE PARKING:
Parking is available in this building at an extra charge of $15/night. Please notify me if you require parking and a parking pass will be included with the room key and elevator fob in your room.
The garage entrance is to the right of the building's front door entrance beside a small bistro. There is an intercom on the left side of the garage entrance; dial #3001 or #3002 to call me and I will let you in. Please park in the guest parking lot located after the second gate.
*** You must display the parking pass on the dash while parked otherwise your vehicle will be towed. ***
*** Please bring your own toiletries (soap, shampoo, toothpaste, etc.). I provide fresh towels and bedding for you. ***
