Wonderful Home on Sodus Bay

  • 5 of 5

Incredible stay. Modern, clean home with winderful location. My family of six (4 young children) love the area. Best bay on any of the great lakes and one of the best restaurants in all of upstate NY (Bay Street) within walking distance. Lots to do from Sodus Point beach, to the lighthouse to the incredible bay and access to Lake Ontario. Just a wonder time!

Fantastic Cottage on Sodus Bay!

  • 5 of 5

We had a wonderful time visiting Sodus Point and staying in this great cottage! It is well-equipped and had everything we needed for our stay. The kids loved seeing the duck, geese and swan families swimming in the cove. They also enjoyed fishing for bass right off the dock. The downtown area is an easy walk for an ice cream cone, bait, name it! The owners have done an excellent job with this rental! We'll be back!

Good times at Sodus bay

  • 4 of 5

Another great vacation at Sodus. This house was more than we expected, clean, comfortable, and a great location.Dock was big enough for our boats> 18ft fish and ski>16ftfishing boat and a 24ft pontoon. The neighbors Vic and Cindy were very nice and did everything they could to make our vacation enjoyable. I look forward to seeing them again next year. The mattresses need replaced on the small beds and the couches or I would give this place an excellent rateing but over all this place was fantastic, we loved it.Close to town for a short walk or bike ride to Captain Jacks and other nice places to eat or get an ice cream cone. The fishing was awesome if you fish for bass.If you are looking for a nice place to stay this is the one. This place had everything we had hoped for.

Pa Family

  • 5 of 5

This was one great cottage to stay at! It was extremely clean with white plush carpeting. It had a very well protected location for our boat in the cove. There was not much traffic and we were within easy walking distance of everything in Sodus Point. The fishing was fantastic catching largemouth bass in the weeds with senkos. We traveled to Oswego one night to eat at Rudys by the lake and another night to Bass Pro Shops in Auburn. We only cooked one supper and ate at different restaurants (Jack's, ABE's, Stegar Haus, Skipper's Landing and Nick's). We heard alot about Bay Street Restaurant for fine dining, but didn't eat there, hopefully next time). My family would love to come back again. I would like to stay there the whole summer!

Totally enjoyed our week - and made great memories. Beautiful house and great protected cove for our boat. Enjoyed fishing both on the bay and on the main lake. And swimming on the beach. Also recommend the Strong Museum of Play in Rochester. And we took a day trip to Niagara Falls. Chimney Bluffs is awesome. Sodus Point is a very nice town.
