Half bath downstairs for convenience. - Full kitchen with stove, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishes, basic cookware, and basic silverware. - Living room with sofa and chair. - Cable and Wi-Fi installed - Laundry in house.
Please Note, the house is 1810 SF with a total of 4 rooms, but only 1551 SF living space available. Only 3 bedrooms is available for the guests to use. 4th Room and the garage is not allowed for access as we store our personal items here.
There is also a shed in the backyard, that is not accessible for use as we have our personal items here.
Parking is on driveway and street parking.

About Owner
We are a middle aged family with a young daughter. This house has been special to us as we bought and moved this house 3 yrs ago when our daughter was born...We have done a lot of upgrades in the house to make it special. Our fourth bedroom and the garage is not included in the rental as it is currently used as a storage for our personal belonging. We will be away from Feb to May and hope that you or someone you may know will be able to enjoy this cozy and charming house on a quiet street, conveniently located in the middle of East Bay and South Bay...

Whats more is that we offer a fully furnished house with TV, DVD player, Satellite, Fridge, indoor laundry, a nice lawn in the backyard and cozy bedrooms for you to rest the night away. We only request you to please treat the house carefully and gently as this is our own home that we will be leaving for a while...
