Located at the Sea Oats Resort. This 3 bedroom apartment has been completely renovated. It has direct access to the beach, full ocean view from living room and master bedroom. 1 king bed, one bunker bed (twin/full), one queen bed and one full bed. Located next to the pier for fishing lovers. This apartment is smoke free, furnished with a full kitchen, living room, dining area with washer/dryer. The kitchen is fully stocked with pans and utensils for you to make your meals, or if you prefer to dine out, there are a variety of restaurants to choose from nearby.
We offer two free parking spaces. Outdoor amenities include a large heated beachside swimming pool, a picnic area with outdoor grills and tiki huts, and a tennis court. Free WiFi. Pets are not allowed.

Great Condo! Great Location!
We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely condo! It had everything we needed and plenty of space for our family of 5. The beach is awesome and pretty peaceful. We were there over spring break but it never got even close to being crowded. The one downfall was the need to use a fob to get in and out of the beach area and the pool area. It was a pain having to keep it on you at all times and even worse that we only had one for all of us to share. This is a condo wide issue not a problem with the rental itself. A code system would be much more convenient!
The owner was helpful with all of my questions prior to our stay and very helpful during our stay when we locked ourselves out of the condo! We would definitely stay here again!
The place is very nice, great location. Pool and beach are great. Only issue is noise upstairs.
Great location. Very nice and updated apartment. Master is nice, 2nd and 3rd rooms are good but need dressers for clothes. Pool is nice, beach is awesome and was not crowded even during spring break. Noise is an issue, especially with upstairs. You can hear evert step talem, every chair moved, and every time someone opens sliding glass door. Not a deal breaker, just a slight annoyance. Owner very responsive to messages too, within 3-4 min. All in all a nice place in a fun location, minutes from John's Pass and many restaurants
The condo location was great, right on the. beach. Very updated unit, owner took care of our needs
Very nice updated unit, right on the beach. Changed management company during our stay. Very impressed with the new company. They were still doing updates when we left. Needed a few housekeeping items, owner was very prompt in getting them to us. The only down side was that we had only one key with two families. Made it a little less convenient, otherwise a very nice place to stay.
Nicely remodeled and spacious. Wonderful full view of the gulf!
Only one key available to us. Two couples were staying here and sharing one key was inconvenient. Kitchen supplies were minimal. No one on sight to help resolve issues. No instructions for TV remote. Appreciated washer and dryer in unit. Had a wonder to time!

Beautiful apartment on the beach
We had a wonderful time during our week in Redington. This apartment was clean and comfortable and made our vacation so much more relaxing. We loved the beach near the apartment and the pool. We would definitely stay here again!
