-6 of the 7 bedrooms with on-suite bathrooms (10 beds in total + 2 pullout couches)

-Sleeps 15 guests in beds. 19 people if you include the 2 queen pullout couches for additional sleeping. Twin size rollaway beds can also be added to accommodate more guests (2 max) $150 each bed

-16 Standard occupancy and 20 maximum occupancy. Any guests exceeding the standard occupancy will be charged an additional guest fee

o HomeAway/VRBO for incidentals. That is mandatory for us to accept  rentals using 3rd party websites like HomeAway/VRBO

o    We do not charge a security deposit and instead we hold a CC to place on file just like a hotel.

o    We will also ask for ID and the CC used at time of booking to be present at time of check in, just like a hotel.

o    Occupancy is limited to (max occupancy), any additional guest will be charged at $250/person/day

o    No Bachelor Parties, Weddings or Other Events

o    No loud noise after 9pm. Violation could result in removal without refund.

o    Cancellation of a reservation will result in a loss of all rents paid. Reservations are Non-Refundable

Our 150-point quality standards inspection ensures that each and every villa and estate in our portfolio is within the strict requires we — and you — expect.

Very entertaining Villa with wonderful amenities

Great place to stay! The house is beautiful on the inside and out with plenty of room and outside! Would definitely stay here again. Plenty of dining and things to do around home.

WOW! Exotic Paradise close to EVERYTHING!

The house is absolutely amazing. Equipped absolutely everything you could need. Very clean absolutely stunning. Location is perfect. Right in the middle of everywhere. Our stay was amazing zero complaints. Check-in in and out was very easy. The HolidayRental made everything smooth sailing. We will definitely be returning to this place next year!!
