About Sarah Burrows
The cottage is owned by Sarah Burrows and Paul Allsop. We live in Hale, Cheshire with our three daughters. We have visited Morfa Nefyn for many years. In 2008 we bought our first cottage there (Boom Cottage - HomeAway ref 405365) and have loved spending a lot of time there.
Sarah Burrows purchased this Cottage in 2013
Why Sarah Burrows chose Pwllheli
The Lodge is a beautiful cottage and ideally located - when you see it you will understand why we bought it!
What makes this Cottage unique
The Lodge has a number of unique benefits - such as the beautiful garden ideal for children to play in, full gas central heating (this is rare in the area as there is no mains gas), fully fitted quality kitchen with granite worktops, contemporary 'flat screen' log burning stove and of course the hot tub available all year round for guests to relax in after a busy day walking or on the beach. We now have a table football table and outdoor table tennis table.
100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.
Fantastic house, great weather, perfect holiday
Just got back from our 3rd stay at The Lodge and we weren't disappointed. The house is fantastic, garden and hot tub are excellent, weather was better than expected, and the holiday was perfect. Thanks for letting us stay again, hope you'll have us back in 2019.
It was ok. A little too remote for us in hindsight. House was nice enough but watch the spiders! Owner was very helpful on the other end of the phone. Highlight: hot tub was fabulous. A well worth addition to the property.
Great cottage, great location, Great holiday
Wonderful cottage, clean, spacious,
Absolutely loved the lodge. Very clean & loads of room for 4 adults & 3 children. Everything you need is there, owner was very helpful. Will definitely be going back, went for a special family birthday day & couldn’t have chosen anywhere better.
We loved The Lodge!
We booked the lodge via Home Away. Sarah was helpful and ensured we had all the information we needed. We booked the lodge as we were meeting up with friends for the weekend who were staying at their caravan nearby. The lodge was perfect and had everything we needed for a family get together. The lodge is clean, nicely decorated with new furnishings and very well equipped. We all had a great time and really enjoyed our stay. The hot tub was great too and thankfully we had lovely weather so used it several times. We would definitely consider booking it again if we head to this beautiful part of Wales again! Thank you.
Lovely Lodge Log Burner great for cosy nights in. Not far from the Beaches and Ship inn lovely food.
Lovely Lodge and plenty to do out around the area. The Ship Inn is superb. Aberdaron nice day out and Whistling Sands well worth a visit.
Morfa Nefyn is a scenic coastal village on the Llyn Peninsula with unspoilt beaches, ideal for family beach or walking holidays. The Lodge is located a short pretty walk from the coastal path with breath-taking views of this beautiful coastline.
