Super nice, newly remodeled, NON-Smoking, Studios on the high floor of the tallest building in Waikiki with commanding views of the ocean and Diamond Head or the ocean, mountain & City.
Fully furnished studios with large lanai, flat screen TV with cable, wifi, 9' x 12' enclosed lanai with table & chairs, A/C, towels, linens, and cooking utensils provided.
Nice swimming pool and deck area, large outdoor jacuzzi, sauna, free use of gas BBQ, mini-mart, and many other amenities. 24 hour manned security. Laundromat in the building.
Fitness Center is on the 6th floor. There is a one time fee of $5 per person.
The bus stops within a half block from the property.
Oahu has one of the very best bus lines in the USA. You can plan to see the whole island – lots of dining and local shops.
Security deposit required. Subject to tax. Parking not included, but available in building for monthly fee; free along the street on Ala Wai Blvd. No smoking inside this unit. No pets.
Parking is available in the building. (Recently Rate: $35.00/day or $137.00/mo)
First month you have to pay two months ahead. (It will not refundable even you use the parking only for one month.)
Conveniently located in the middle of Waikiki, and only a short walk to all the famous Waikiki attractions, Waikiki beaches, entertainment, restaurants, shopping, the Waikiki Aquarium, Fort DeRussy, and Kapiolani Park. The bus stops at the corner (three-minute walk). Our building, Island Colony, is located at the corner of Seaside Avenue and Ala Wai Boulevard, which is two to three short blocks to the ocean.
There are several food stores only minutes away and we have a small 'convenience store' inside the building on the sixth floor. A coin-operated laundry is available in the building, along with BBQ, sauna, pool, and jacuzzi. A car rental agency are located on the ground floor of the building.
This unit is located at 445 Seaside Ave. and was remodeled and is very comfortable and 'homey.' Each condo has a kitchen, microwave, electric cook top, refrigerator, as well as all the kitchen utensils, pots, pans, dishes, and linens provided.

Island Colony is the highest building in Waikiki. Only a few blocks to Waikiki Beaches, and restaurants, shopping, entertainment are near the building.
