It is a 3 bedroom home with 2 bedrooms available for rent. The two bedrooms are located on the first floor.

Bedroom across from the kitchen:

Home is remodeled with solid bamboo floors, new paint, ceiling fan, wall to floor mirror closest doors in the bedroom across from the kitchen. Black out roller shade is installed on the window. Bathroom is shared and accessed through the hallway. Beautiful carrera marble bathroom sink counter. Washer/Dryer in the garage and free & easy street parking with NO parking hour restrictions or street sweeping. Please be mindful to take out the trash, recycling and green waste cans on Monday evening after 5pm, for Tuesday morning pick up. Pick up is usually at 7am. If the trash can's are too close to a car, the garbage man will not pick up. For your security and protection, there are 2 indoor camera's in the living room common area. Although this is a very safe neighborhood, should there be a break in and anything is stolen, we will have evidence of the criminals. The neighborhood also has a security patrol that drives through at night. Fortunately, I've never had a break in and neither has my neighbor. Nonetheless, camera's are not to be tampered with as they are for our safety & protection. If towels or bedding are damaged or missing, it will be replaced via the damage deposit fund. Please keep my name inside the mailbox, so my mail will not be returned to sender. The neighbors are super nice and i encourage you to mingle and say hello. Please do not lose the pool key because it cost's $100 to have replaced. It's kept on a big plastic octagon key chain so we can keep track of it. It's kept in the top drawer of the shoe rack. Please contact me immediately with any questions or concerns that arise. Mike and Tonya are our wonderful neighbors directly across the street. They have a cute baby girl. Mike is usually home during the day, caring for their baby. He is a great local resource for questions and concerns as well. Please feel free to reach out to them during your stay. He may check in to make sure you are happy with the accommodations and that everything is ok from time to time.

Good stay !

We've been staying in this house for a while and we love it! The location is great, next to the beach, grocery stores and easy access to the highway.

The hostess is very nice and caring she always asks if we need something. She gives us a lot of privacy, we've seen her just once in the house.

The only thing that we are not used to is the heat in the house. When it's hot , the house gets too warm but there is fan in the bedrooms.

We definitely recommend this place

Owner's Response: It has been a pleasure to host the family at the beach close home. They checked in during October of 2017 for about 7 months. I am happy they were able to enjoy the Southern California sunshine especially through our beautiful warm winter months, being they moved from the snowy mid-west. After 7 months they renewed to continue their stay from May through the end of June 2018. They are super clean and wonderful communicators. I would be more than happy to welcome them back and recommend them to all other hosts. I will be sad to see them go.
