This luxurious apartment has Air Conditioning for those hot summer days (this is rare in Seattle) Owners live upstairs so please excercise discretion and observe quiet hours (10pm-8am). Wifi is shared with owners (password provided upon arrival). Apartment includes two bedrooms, each with plenty of closet space. Bathroom includes a shower / tub surround. We have provided a hair dryer for anyone who doesn't want to pack one. Living area is set up to enjoy a movie, a book, or if you're so inclined, a conversation with your co-travelers. We've provided a smart TV, DVDs, books, games, and more. Dining area seats six comfortably. Kitchen includes a gas range / oven, microwave, full-size fridge, and washer / dryer. Kitchen is fully equipped for dining in (cookbooks included), if you tire of trying out all the restaurants nearby. Please note that there are two steps leading into the bathroom, and two leading into the kitchen.
We offer easy check-in! The apartment is equipped with keypad entry, so you can arrive anytime after check-in time (3pm). Guests will have the entire apartment to themselves. (There is a locked door at the back of the apartment, which leads up into the owners' unit.)
Wallingford is a highly walkable neighborhood that offers easy access to pretty much everything you need. If you're traveling by foot, you are only a short walk from bars, restaurants, coffee shops, quirky retail (hello, Archie McPhee), a movie theater, grocery/drug stores, and more. Apartment is close to transit lines going downtown or to nearby neighborhoods like Ballard, Fremont, and the University District. If you're traveling by bike, you're just a short hop to the Burke-Gilman Trail, which spans 20 miles from Golden Gardens Park (beaches) to Woodinville (wine and beer). If you're traveling by car, you'll have very easy access to I-5.
Free parking is available one block South of the apartment. Please be extra careful when parking as the area immediately in front of the apartment is zoned and heavily patrolled. We don't want you to get a ticket.
