The two story two bedroom townhouse has a spacious open layout, perfect for enjoying your relaxing beach vacation.

The living/dining area is large and open with large TV, DVD player, internet, and lots of books and games. The first floor also has a spacious half bath. And the first floor closet has everything you will need to enjoy the beach – beach cart, umbrella, beach chairs and toys, and a cooler. A library alcove with power and desk gets books, computers and IPads out of the way.

The kitchen is well equipped with all your cooking needs and is open to the dining area.

On the second floor you will find the huge master bedroom with king size bed with a TV and large master bath. The second bedroom ha twin beds, TV, and a second full bathroom.

Building E is close to the clubhouse, pool, and tennis courts, but at the same time the unit overlooks secluded woods and vegetation for peace and quiet. And Building E is one of the closest to the walkway to the beach, offering quick access to all that you came for: sunshine, beautiful Gulf of Mexico, great shelling, frequent dolphin visits and breath taking sunsets. All you have to do is to relax and enjoy your vacation.

Gas grills are available on the premises for guest usage. Kayaks and canoes are free to guests for paddling in the bayou to see manatees, fish jumping, osprey, pelicans, herons and egrets. Guests are also welcome to use the two tennis courts. Restaurants, shopping, fishing, shelling, bike paths and trails (rental bikes can be delivered right to your door), power boat rentals, theatre, movies, Ding Darling Nature Refuge, the Shell Museum, and much more are all just a few minutes away.

Great vacation, just what we needed!

Had a wonderful time at this place. Located far enough away from the traffic on the island, and just a boardwalk away from the beach. Really enjoyed kayaking with the kayaks provided. The pool was very clean and a great way to cool down. They even had an Easter egg hunt for the kids! Blind Pass was very family friendly and the condo was clean and spacious. Can’t wait to return!

Sorry to say that this was probably my worst all-time VRBO rental. The condo was very dated and could use some deferred maintenance and upgrades. Wasn't expecting new or fancy, but there's a lot of room for improvement that could bring this up to the expected comfort level when paying this rental price. Plusses: well-equipped kitchen and beach amenities. (Note: both can openers were broken, however, and no condiments/basics except coffee filters provided - unusual in my VRBO experience.)

Blind Pass Condominiums consists of privately owned units and each unit is different in updates and decor. Unfortunately, you were a late booking at only one month prior to your visit and our most popular updated units were already booked for this peak holiday week. We welcome you to visit our website direct for Blind Pass Condominiums on Sanibel Island and we will be more than happy to talk you through the process about units that may be better suited for your families needs. We manage over 80 units and we are onsite to better serve your needs. Which brings me to any time you have maintenance or items that you find in non working order we would be more than happy to repair or replace the items in question for you. Sanitary laws keep us from having any open containers of food/spices/liquids in the unit as the last thing we would ever want to find is contamination of these open items. Like you mentioned beach equipment, we make sure that the units have a beach umbrella and a beach cart or wagon with enough beach chairs for each unit and we keep them stocked onsite as we know how important these beach items are to our guests.
