With a modern exterior, the spacious home boasts over 1,600 square feet of living space. The interiors feature wood floors, a formal living room, a private patio, and office space for business travelers.

Outside, the private pool is surrounded by a roomy sun deck and an upper shaded deck. The home sits on a quiet residential street in the hills, affording extra solitude.

Note: the pool has no fence, so the home is not suitable for children under 7.

ABOUT THE HOUSE

Enjoy outdoor California living at its best. On the back patio you’ll find a picnic table and grill for cookouts, and the pool is surrounded by a large pool deck with additional seating. A set of steps leads up to a shaded deck area, where you can take in views of the Hollywood hills.
