About Brian Fukuba
I moved to Palo Alto for my boys. Great public school system, and their classmates were fantastic. Stayed here because I love the city. The diversity, the very smart and interesting people you meet walking down the street. The Stanford Campus and all it's diverse events is just a ten minute bike ride away. Great restaurants circle the area. It's a wonderful place to live.

What makes this House unique
This area is known as Old Palo Alto. Steve Job's house is a couple blocks down the street at the corner of Waverley/Santa Rita. "Old Palo Alto" by Anna Medina / Palo Alto Weekly Over the years, the Old Palo Alto neighborhood has garnered a reputation for housing some of the wealthiest, most influential residents in town. It's not, for example, uncommon to see tourists stop by the late Steve Jobs' home, and the neighborhood is peppered with ongoing construction sites, where modern mansions are replacing older homes. The face of Old Palo Alto is rapidly changing, but a stroll through the quiet, tree-lined neighborhood with its shaded sidewalks and fragrant gardens, can offer a glimpse of-- or even a feel for-- Old Palo Alto's past, and an understanding of why it is and has long been such a coveted spot in town.

Sparkling clean..great location
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable, the house was super clean and the open floor concept worked well for my group.
What’s not to like? A+
Lovely home - quiet-pretty- close to all! Clean and airy- comfy beds and hot steamy showers. There’s plenty is street parking - close (5 minutes) to Stanford University. Eat at Joanie’s Cafe and have a great breakfast! - they have gluten free toast! Ask for it! Brian - the owner- is great and responds to all questions and email quickly- thanks! All good - a definite recommend-
Extremely comfortable home in old Palo Alto, conveniently located, quiet lovely neighbourhood
Our family of 4 had a most comfortable 7-night stay in this newly renovated home. Host Brian was very responsive to emails and we really appreciated the flexibility about check-in and check-out times given that we flew in from overseas. The house, while without outdoor spaces such as a patio or backyard, was extremely comfortable with air conditioning (there were a few hot afternoons) & brand new appliances (all excellent to use), ample hotel towels, comfortable beds & showers. The well-stocked fridge with drinks, cheeses, fruits and even wines & ice cream was a "wow" for the whole family and a pleasant surprise on arrival - so convenient not to have to run out to stock up drinks through the week. Very quiet & quaint neighbourhood - we enjoyed jogging/walking to Town & Country & even to Palo Alto downtown. Thank you for a most pleasant stay !
