2 bed, 1 bath centrally located New Orleans Home
This is a recently renovated property that is centrally located to all that New Orleans has to offer while also being a quiet getaway from the bustling city. We live really close to many great restaurants on Magazine and Freret Street. This is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom with modern amenities. Both bedrooms have queen size beds. The space includes a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, etc. It has a washer and dryer as well. We have a TV with basic cable. Central air/heat. This unit is downstairs from our home so we are easily accessible.
We have off street parking in the back of our house that guests are welcome to use. There is also plenty of street parking as well.
The space is located in a residential neighborhood and you will be expected to be considerate of the neighbors and kids. Please no loud music or drunk behavior after 10 pm.
As stated earlier, we live upstairs. We try to be as quiet as we can be, but we have a young daughter and dogs so you may hear their footsteps at times.

About Anna Evans
We are a small family of 3 - myself, my husband, my 5 year old daughter. We are originally from the Chicago area but moved here many years ago because we fell in love with the city.
Anna Evans purchased this Apartment in 2012
Why Anna Evans chose Broadmoor
This property is the home that we reside in. We renovated this property after it sat vacant for many years following Hurricane Katrina. We renovated it with beauty and modern amenities while retaining its historic charm. We live upstairs and are always available if there is anything you need.

Beautiful tree lined street quiet neighborhood very safe
Anna informed us about upcoming rain storm and flood potential
The home is nice, spacious and clean. Nice neighborhood and close downtown.
We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this home.
We really enjoyed our time at Anna's.The location is very convenient to anywhere you want to get to - uptown, the French Quarter, Magazine Street. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds comfortable. We brought a small dog and the neighborhood is great for dog walking. It could be a little better set up for 4 guests - a couple of bar stools for the kitchen counter would complement the dining table with two chairs and create eating space for four, and a few more utensils would be useful, but these are minor complaints. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would definitely stay here again.
This is a great place location for easy access to public transportation!
I stayed here with my boyfriend and another couple. It was a great space for all plus it had easy access to the bus stop and trolley.
Anna and her husband were very friendly and great couple! For anyone that has never been to New Orleans, Anna recommends things to do.
I would stay here again!
The only thing that I recommend would be either a standing fan or a ceiling fan...
Thank you again Anna!
We enjoyed our stay over spring break. It worked well for my family. It was simple and clean. We felt comfortable in the neighborhood. There were great restuarants, grocery store, and pharmacy not too far away. The downtown area is not too far by car.
Great Two Bedroom in Convenient Location
I stayed at this property for two nights while in NOLA visiting my daughter who is a student at Tulane. Normally, I stay in hotels, but since this was a last minute trip, most of my go to hotels were booked, or available room rates were too high. This property is located in a quiet neighborhood with on street parking right outside the door. The unit was very roomy, well kept, very clean and the bed was comfy. There was a bit of noise from the upstairs unit in the mornings before I left for the day. Since I was gone all day and returned late in the evenings, it was not much of an issue for me, and I would imagine most guests would be spending the majority of their time out and about in New Orleans.
Anna was very responsive to any inquiries I had.
I will most likely stay here again on return visits to New Orleans.
