KITCHEN & DINING
Prepare to have all your culinary dreams come true in this stunning, modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances, which include a double door fridge, a double sink, and two stacked ovens along with a gas stove/oven combination. A long island boasts a built-in microwave and sink as well as two additional electric burners.
BEDROOMS & BATHS
The spacious master bedroom features a king bed, 60” flat screen TV, two walk-in closets, and two sofas (one is a sleeper). An en-suite bath shares the double-sided fireplace with the bedroom and offers a jetted tub and luxurious walk-in shower with multiple shower heads.
The second and third bedrooms, both with queen beds and 50” TVs, share a bath outfitted with a bright, granite vanity and walk-in shower. The fourth bedroom features a queen bed, sleeper sofa, flat screen TV, gas fireplace, and an en-suite bath with a jetted tub/shower combination. The fifth bedroom includes a queen bed. The fourth bath is conveniently located off the kitchen on the second floor.
All leases require a minimum 31-day term.
This home is a perfect location for all seasons. Experience excellent skiing and snowboarding at Heavenly Mountain Resort, or hit the lake for kayaking and paddleboarding at El Dorado Beach. Both are just over a 10-minute drive. MacDuff’s Public House, Slice of Sierra Pizza Co, and Cold Water Brewery & Grill, are all within 10 minutes.
THE FINE PRINT
Strict ordinances govern Tahoe vacation rentals. This home cannot be used for parties/weddings/receptions. Maximum allowable occupancy is 14 people and 4 cars, enforced/patrolled 24 hours/day (an afternoon BBQ with too many people is subject to citation/fine). Over-occupancy, excess vehicles, or excessive noise any time of day will result in a guest fine up to $2,000 (in addition to fines assessed against the homeowner by local authorities). Failure to observe the NO PARTY policy may result in eviction. If there is a hot tub, no use after 10 PM. This home is in a sound-sensitive neighborhood and is not suitable for large/noisy groups.
