A conveniently located 2 bd/2ba condo, with a homely feel on Seven Mile Beach

This apartment number 532 Regal Beach Club has been our home for the last 6 years, but due to a recent addition to the family, we have moved to something bigger. We are excited to offer it to you as a vacation rental to enjoy it just as much as we have.

Fully renovated 3rd floor 2 Bedroom (1 King and 1 Queen), 2 bathroom (1 en-suite master). In June 2018 the queen bed will be replaced with a full over full bunk bed from Restoration Hardware (see pictures), in order to better accommodate families with children sharing the guest bedroom. The condo will then accommodate 6 people.

Pool and ocean views from the living room and patio. Centrally located on Seven Mile Beach, next door to the Marriott hotel and walking distance to EVERYTHING, including Camana Bay and many fantastic restaurants.

The Complex is oceanfront and includes beach chairs, umbrellas, 2 swimming pools, whirlpool, tennis court, small gym and 2 barbeque grills. The gym has weights, treadmill and stationary bicycle. Free parking on the property.

The unit has a fully equipped kitchen, standard television package (additional channels can be added for a fee), high speed fibre optic internet and wifi. Televisions in the living room (Smart TV) and master bedroom. A cordless landline telephone is provided for unlimited local calling.

About Greg

Where do we begin? He's South African, she is French/Bolivian but lived all over the world. Both of us have a love for travel and often use the same form of accommodation when we do, so what better way to give back than offer our place for the same purpose. We met in the Cayman Islands in 2009 and purchased this property together in September 2011 and lived there very happily until November 2017. We still live very close by, so are available on a moments notice if you have any problems or need any suggestions or information.

Why Greg chose George Town

We both moved to an island to enjoy the beach and the water and there is no better way to enjoy it than living on the beach itself. Centrally located to everything on island, with so many amenities yet still on the best part of Seven Mile beach, we couldn't have asked for anything better. We have enjoyed daily walks and sunsets on the beach throughout the years and trust you will enjoy the same - although they are ALWAYS better enjoyed when one is on holiday ;)

What makes this condo unique

It's a home. It's been made comfortable for relaxing for as long as you may wish to stay. It has unique touches including decor and scenic photos from some of our own travels around the world and home countries.

This is our third visit to Grand Cayman, and our second visit to Regal Beach. Very nice beach, and close enough to the Marriott to enjoy it's food, bar, watersports, etc, but love NOT having the crowded beach.

Very close to Camana Bay which has lots of nice restaurants. Very casual. Our unit (#532) was very well furnished and clean. 3 floors up with no elevator but not a big deal for us. We rented a car, and liked that, but probably not necessary.

Really a very nice place, and we will very likely return.

Only downside is that Grand Cayman is quite expensive (although not as bad as Turks and Caicos), and the flights from the midwest are also very expensive, especially in the late winter/early spring.

Regal Beach Club - Unit 532

We recently stayed in Unit 532 from 3/10-3/17 2018. What a great find. Since this was our first visit to Grand Cayman we were a little nervous about where to stay on Seven Mile Beach and also the fact that this was a third floor unit with no elevator. The stairs were never a problem. In fact you have more privacy and a better view than being on the ground floor. Regal Beach is located next door to the Marriott and has a great beach. The beach for the condo has plenty of loungers that are available throughout the day. Our friends staying next door at the hotel had to get out early to grab a spot on a smaller beach. The beach does get a bit wider towards the center of Seven Mile Beach, however most people are either up close to their units or down by the much of the beach is unused. We took daily walks down to the Ritz and got a good feel for the area. We will choose Regal Beach again when we return. There are great restaurants right across the street, and we were able to use the Marriott's pool bar for drinks, lunch and also to book parasailing and power boots.

The condo was just as we hoped, with clean upgraded bathrooms a nice kitchen, and washer and dryer. There was a TV that worked in the living area and one was set up in the master but did not seemed to be fully connected. We did not need the TV's, but someone else might want to know. The owner and property manager were available when we needed them.

The TV should have been connected and operational, but it seemed to have lost its cable connection while you were there. Apologies for this. I would have come right over to fix it if you had let me know, although I know you said you didn't need it. family friendly, perfect location!

My family and I had a wonderful vacation last week at Greg's condo at Regal Beach. Location was perfect- lots of restaurants within walking distance and a small gas station convenience store across the st with all the necessities. The accommodations were lovely and plenty of space for 2 adults and a very active 18 month old! The beach and pools are fantastic. Often times we had the pool to ourselves and the beach was full but not overcrowded - which was the case at the Marriott right next door!

Greg was extremely responsive and helpful - I msged him about the hot water and he was at the condo within an hour to adjust the hot water heater. He also very kindly arranged for a pack n play for my son so we did not need to travel with one- so while not listed there is a pack n play there!

Looking forward to returning soon!

The remodeling is very nice. No complaints at all. Great to have plenty of beach towels, ert.

We had a great time! The property and amenities were great and well kept. Easy walking distance to fun restaurants and bars as well as Camana Bay. Plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas on the beach. Grocery delivery arrived just a few hours after ordering from the Kirk Grocery store. We enjoyed meeting several of of the other guests during the course of the week. There wasn't one single thing that would keep us from coming back to the Regal Beach Club, hope to visit again!

The condo was tastefully decorated, very clean and well thought out. Loved all the amenities that were included (beach towels, spices, shampoo and body wash), loved the walk in closet that had plenty of drawer space and hooks for hanging clothes. Location was superb along 7 mile beach to walk to multiple restaurants, beach itself was perfect for swimming.
