Great space with caring and accommodating hosts

  • 5 of 5

I had rented this house for a weekend in later March for a visit with my parents. A week before that weekend, my father suddenly got very ill and died. Natasha graciously allowed me to switch the weekend rental dates, and gave me earlier access in the day to the home, which was such a huge help, I can’t even tell you. Not to mention the flowers on the porch with the sweetest note. The home itself is very functional, comfortable, and completely stocked with everything we needed to house 5 people and host a dinner for 10. It’s super easy to find and just minutes from the grocery store. There’s a playground less than a block away. Two chickens in a coop in the back yard were an added bonus for my 4 year old granddaughter. She named them Bob and Two. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience in a very stressful time.

Owner's Response: I’m so glad we were able to be flexible at a delicate time for this family. Its our goal to make every guest feel like family. And of course de-compressing with the chickens is a plus for all ages.

Great place to stay in Everett

  • 5 of 5

Clean, cozy, comfortable and and quiet. Everyone in our group was very happy with their accommodations. We only cooked breakfast, but the kitchen was easy to navigate and a great place to gather in the morning to watch the chickens. The weather kept us from going outside ,but the backyard and patio area would have been a great place to sit out for lunch or dinner. There is a park a block away and we took the grandchildren. Natasha said that we should feel free to bring the grand children back to the house, but were ran out of time. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone staying in the area.

Great little hideaway

  • 5 of 5

Very happy with our short rental beginning with the owner, Natasha was very responsive via email and text. House was very clean, the kitchen was well-appointed with lots of dishes, cookware, coffee maker, dishwasher everything you could need.

3 spacious bedrooms and two clean bathrooms. All comfortable. Wi-fi worked great, no issues.

Location is in a pocket neighborhood. Location is great, just a minute or two to the freeway exits as well as all the restaurants, grocery stores are all very close by. Very easy to find.

thanks for letting us stay!

Owner's Response: We are working hard at being the perfect alternative to a 5-star hotel. It was our pleasure to host John's family, and we wish them "sweet dreams" back at home. Until next time!

Truly Home . . . Away From Home

  • 5 of 5

When I travel for work I always book a room, usually a hotel/motel room that reminds me every minute I am there that I am not at home. It works hand in hand with my hectic work schedule to rob me of rest and privacy and after traveling back home, I collapse on my own bed and sleep.

This time, I stayed home, well not my home. However it felt like my home. When I came home at night, the porch light was warm and inviting and my passcode to get in worked immediately. I had the whole house to myself (finally privacy) and made myself a late night snack in a fully equipped kitchen, just like I do at home. The house is very clean and you get the sense that not only is it cared for, but that you are being well cared for as well.

After a long day on my feet, the warm comfortable bed provided some much needed rest. The best part for me was I had my choice of a full bath, or shower in a nice quiet corner of the world that I know I wasn't sharing with a thousand other visitors. Wifi, TV, and other amenities were there although I was too busy relaxing to even use them. My only regret is that my Wife and Son were not there to enjoy it as well. Perhaps next time.

Great house and great location for us. Kind and gracious hosts!

  • 4 of 5

Great location and size for our group. Very comfortable, overall, and the kitchen had everything we needed to host dinners while we were there. We enjoyed the back patio, wished we had better weather to hang out there more, however a bit noisy as the highway is directly behind the house. Not a big issue for us. However, was very convenient for traveling... easy access. Natasha was a great host, there upon arrival to give us a quick tour. Easy to correspond with through our stay. Would recommend for families visiting friends nearby, as we were. Thanks!

Great place, well cared for

  • 5 of 5

Wonderful stay. Hosts were very accommodating. Clean, tidy, great setup, roomy. Hosted a dinner for 10 people and 2 babies and although the table didn’t fit everyone, there was plenty of seating and enough silverware and dishes for all. All the basic kitchen needs and then some. Decent amount of bedding. Could have maybe used a couple more blankets but that would be it. Wonderful experience!

One of our favorite things to do is Jetty Island for the day. Watch the surf, walk the beach, hangout with friends and then enjoy dinner at ScuttleButt Restaurant. The view is amazing from their dinning deck! Of course Seattle is not that far away and there are tons of fun activities like the Chihuly Glass Museum, Seattle Center and Pike Place Market where there is something interesting for everyone in the family.
