We had a problem and the owner s were very good. About it!!
Location was everything!
My family had a wonderful vacation staying in this home. There were a total of 6 of us (adults) plus our small dog. The house was clean and comfortable. The location was absolutely ideal!. Just as advertised you walk out on the back deck and are steps away from the beach. Perfect for us! The proximity to PTown was great too. Plenty of parking for our 4 cars. Only downside was a leak from the upstairs bathroom came through the ceiling and into the downstairs bedroom getting the bed and some nearby clothes wet. Mike and Ross were extremely responsive and had a plumber out right away. This incident did nothing to dampen our vacation (pun fully intended). The outdoor BBQ grill worked great. It was really enjoyable to grill while watching the sun set.
Bottom line, our family would highly recommend this vacation home!
Another amazing stay
We have been staying at this property for over a decade. From location to decor to amenities, this property is a unique gem.
Fantastic location for family vacations!
Beautiful rustic house with plenty of room for all the family perfectly located on the bay. Having a coffee while sitting on an adirondak chair and just watching the dunes and the ocean is what I call Vacations! Ross was very responsive when we needed his help.
Excellent Get Away
This is the third time that we have stayed here. The cottage has a quiet charm, and is right on the bay. The location can't be beat, close to the beach, close to Provincetown. We were able to do a lot of outdoor activities; kayaked over to Long Point, and rode bikes in the dunes at Race Point. We were lucky that the weather was warm and sunny for our entire stay. It was a great way to finish the summer.
Quintessential Cape Cod house on the beach.
This house that we rented for nearly a week's time was exactly as portrayed in all advertising and listings, thus we got what we expected and what we wanted. The setting is on the beach and we had a remarkable direct view of sun rise and sun set. It was December so we did not swim but we frequented the beach which is soft clean sand and crystal clear water, and we saw seals playing just out from our house. The comforts of home were all there. Nothing went wrong but we were advise after arrival anything needing attention would get it right away. All we could hear there besides ourselves was wind and waves. Our family went and we all were situated in nice bedrooms, and the baths are very nice. The ambiance is unpretentious and homey to the point that we did feel at home. We ate in most of the time, but toured the area with great enjoyment in the National Preserve and our favorite building in Provencetown is the library that is housed in a defunct church. All positives with our vacation and especially this house. Hank
Great House right on the bay with views of the Provincetown Monument, Pilgrim Lake and the dunes. Close to all the wonders of Provincetown. Access to the varied and beautiful Truro beaches is available.
