This beautiful first floor condo is a 2BR, 2BA unit that has a great Ocean view. It is only 8 Units back from the Beach! This condo has a beautiful tile foyer, with 2 recently renovated bathrooms. The condo sleeps 7 with one queen bed in the newly remodeled master bedroom, 3 single beds (1 bunk bed), and one pull out sofa bed. The unit is equipped with 3 televisions - all with cable and DVD players, stereo system, clock radios in each room, microwave, iron and board, and many other amenities you enjoy at home. In addition, the entire resort has free wireless internet service.
This condominium is located in a 33-acre gated oceanfront resort with six swimming pools (two indoors), four whirlpools, steam rooms and saunas, six lighted tennis courts, putting greens, basketball and volleyball courts, shuffleboard, exercise rooms, picnic and cookout areas, playground, oceanfront cabana bar, snack shops, convenience store, new lazy river, and 24-hour security. Just footsteps from the beach!
The resort is located minutes south of downtown Myrtle Beach away from the busy streets of the city in a safe family environment. Numerous restaurants, beach shops, Grand Coastal Mall, Broadway at the Beach (providing both shopping and nightlife), miniature golf, theaters, and amusement parks are located within a short driving distance.
Small beach communities including Murrells Inlet, Pawleys Island, and Georgetown are also a short drive. If golfing is your specialty, there are over 130 golf courses located throughout Myrtle Beach. The resort also offers daily activities during peak season for children ages five and up. Activities include face painting, pool games, shell searches, and more.
If you want to just relax, do not forget the beautiful Atlantic Ocean just a few footsteps away, and enjoy your favorite drink or burger at the oceanfront cabana bar located within the resort. No matter what age, Myrtle Beach and the Myrtle Beach Resort have something to offer everyone!

Best vacation I've had!!
Me and my family stayed a week in this condo and I have to say that it was amazing! This was my first time ever renting a condo and for it to be so far away, turned out to be an amazing experience!! It was nice and clean and the view of the ocean was beautiful from our balcony!! We had everything we could possibly want and need in that one place!! I have no complaints at all!! And the owners were also amazing, made it as stress-free as possible!! When we return to Myrtle Beach, I will definitely be renting from them again!!!
We rented for the month of February. We arrived late in the afternoon, after driving for 6 hours that day and 9 the day before. To say that we just wanted to relax would be an understatement. We walked into the unit and immediately felt at home. It was clean, bright and had everything we could need. We soon found that everything we needed or wanted was very close by. The owners even checked on us to make sure we had arrived safely and to see if everything was to our satisfaction. When our 4 and 6 year olds came to visit on school vacation they had a ball. The indoor pools were great and beautifully maintained. We would recommend this condo to everyone. Whether you are retired as we are, or young like our girls, everyone found something at this resort.
Beautiful Condo with Caring Owners
Just had a wonderful January stay at this condo. It is quiet, conveniently located, and who doesn't like to view the ocean while they are sitting at the dining room table eating. The condo was immaculate on my arrival. The owners Barbara and Joe responded quickly to any questions I had. Reasons are many as to why I would recommend this condo for rental. Barb and Joe have: stocked the kitchen with any appliance you might need and there is ample silverware, dishes, etc.; hair dryers are present in each bathroom; there is a television in each bedroom and in the living room and easy to understand directions are present for operation of them; the owners have furnished games and puzzles for guests' use. Additionally, the unit is beautifully furnished and decorated. It is quite apparent that Barb and Joe want to ensure their guests have a wonderful time during their stay.
Wonderful Week at Myrtle Beach
This condo was perfect for our family of four. We loved having two separate bedrooms and our kids loved not having to share a bed as there were bunkbeds and a twin bed in their room. There was enough room for their friend to come with us. It was great having a full kitchen so we could eat in some nights. The condo was clean and the kitchen was well stocked but slightly disorganized, probably from so many renters putting things back wherever they could. It might be helpful to have a list of what goes where on the inside of each cabinet door. The location on the first floor made unloading and loading our stuff so much easier. You could see the ocean slightly from the condo but not the best ocean view but that was ok because the walk to the beach was short. We loved having the pool open until 11 and enjoyed sitting out there at night while our kids played. I was surprised by the number of rental umbrellas that take up the beach. If you want to put up your own umbrella (no tents are allowed on the beach) then you have to put it behind the rental chairs. If you just have a chair without the umbrella you can be in front of them. It does limit the space on the beach (which isn't the owner's fault) but I wasn't aware of this before we arrived and we were asked to move behind the chairs by a lifeguard. We moved then were sitting under our own umbrella when the lifeguard approached us again and asked if we wanted to rent the umbrella because we were using some of rental umbrella's shade, although we were all huddled around our own personal umbrella. It was just annoying but we adapted. The resort was very nice, family oriented and we felt very safe there. So much to do in Myrtle Beach and not far away from the condo. . . .we went to the Alabama show, Pirates' Voyage Dinner Theater and the Go Ape Rope Course along with shopping at Barefoot Landing and Broadway on the Beach. The campgrounds on either side of the resort set off fireworks most nights and they are really nice and you can watch them from the pool by the beach. We look forward to returning to this condo next year!
We really like the location of the unit. Its close to the beach and pool. The unit is very comfortable and clean. Jo and Barb are great to work with and they want you to enjoy your vacation. very pleased with this unit.

We stayed in this unit and have rented condos for our vacations for 12 years. This is the first time that we did not receive our full deposit back. The sink in the guest bath broke and we had to meet with a plumber (who didn't come til the next morning),and we lost a morning to pest control. The unit was a little older but we considered it normal wear and tear. We were charged for a broken door in the refrigerator (which we not only didn't brake but wasn't broken when we left), burns in the microwave (???), and excessive dirt on the carpet. The unit has rugs on top of the carpet so I can only assume that is due to previous staining. The Resort itself was great, especially for the kids. I highly recommend renting the umbrellas and chairs offered in front of the resort. We loved the Resort and will return but we not be renting this unit.
We appreciate receiving your feedback. Obviously, our goal is for each and every guest to have a safe, relaxing, and enjoyable stay in our "home away from home." We have a great number of returning guests each year, many that have been staying in our unit for 5-plus years. We have rented our unit for close to eight years, and fortunately have only had to hold a portion of a security deposit for less than five guests (in total over 8 years). Our goal is always to return a full security deposit, knowing the guest simply took care of the unit while they were using the condo. This obviously helps our cleaning company to efficiently clean the unit and allow guests access to the unit as quickly as possible, while at the same time, providing for an enjoyable stay in the unit.
When we have reports from our cleaning company, we always ask for photographs as documentation to show a guest if something was deficient in the unit. We provide these photographs to guests. Unfortunately, when the unit is not left in the same condition it was found (beyond typical wear and tear), we have no other option to ensure we keep our condo as nice as possible.
There was a plumbing issue reported in this situation after 4 pm on Saturday. An immediate call was made to the plumber, and because the issue was deemed as a non-emergency, service was provided the very next morning. Pest control is a routine service that is done once a month in every unit in the resort in order to maintain the cleanliness of the property.
This guest provided a very nice hand-written note about how nice the unit was along with an indication of her desire to return next year when the condo keys were returned. We regret your desire to post this feedback, however, please know our goal is always to provide the nicest unit to guests so they can enjoy the condo while they are away from their own home. Extra carpets and other amenities are used in the condo as a way to add "touches of home" not to hide stains as suggested in the feedback. We always welcome feedback and look forward to our returning guests each year.
