Indigo Breeze Villa - Located Only Minutes from the North Shore!

I'll cut to the chase- this property is gorgeous and perfect in every way. Four adults and four college age kids, we had plenty of room and spaces for all. Views are spectacular and close drive to North Shore Beaches and Coral Bay groceries. A BIG thank you to Emily for an easy check in and going above and beyond being a great property manager.

My wife and I stayed here for a week with my parents and two kids (3 and 1 y/o). It was a wonderful vacation. The property was in perfect condition from the inside of the house, to the pool, garden and everywhere else on the property. I don't have a single complaint about anything. My family and I made wonderful memories on this trip and I look forward to continuing to visit STJ. We enjoyed the daily trips to the pristine Northshore beaches and then winding down at the house in the pool and jacuzzi while taking in the breathtaking views of Coral Bay. My only words of caution to anyone booking this property is to make sure you're comfortable driving the mountains of STJ as it is off the beaten path a bit and took our family a couple of days to get used to driving up and down the mountains. Thanks a lot to Mr. Benedict for allowing our family to stay at his beautiful property and to Anthony and Emily who were wonderful property managers. They answered every question/concern within an hour and were great throughout the entire trip with any of our questions on the island.

My family of 5 had an amazing St. John holiday at Indigo Breeze. The photos accurately reflect the villa and its many amenities. We will not hesitate to stay here again.

The only drawback is the 20-minute drive to Cruz Bay. But the villa is 7 minutes to Maho and a few minutes farther to Trunk and the other north shore beaches. We did enjoy exploring Coral Bay and the east end beaches and trails.

Wow, this place definitely ranks as one of the best house rentals we have experienced. Emily (property manager) was incredibly proactive with her communication from our first inquiry through booking, check-in, and check-out. We arrived after dark when there was a power outage along with some rain. Emily met us at a local shop, lead us to the villa, showed us all the details of the property with flashlights and gave us a fabulous welcome!

The views from the villa of Coral Bay, portions of the BVI, and mountains of St. John are absolutely stunning. We enjoyed standing on the front porch drinking coffee morning, afternoon, and evening!

Kitchen is well-stocked and easy to cook for even a larger family like ours. Plenty of plates, glasses, mugs, silverware, etc...

Beds were all comfortable and the bathrooms well laid out.

Everything in the home was extremely clean upon our arrival and smelled very fresh. We loved leaving the windows open all morning, afternoon, and evening but would then close the bedrooms and turn on the AC overnight just to help reduce the humidity a bit for sleeping.

Our children absolutely loved the pool and hot tub. Both are very nicely built and a joy to use. The gated driveway really adds to the privacy (even though the location is private to begin with). There is never a chance of anyone walking by your windows or showing up unannounced.

We really appreciated this well appointed lovely home and the incredible service from the property manager. We would most assuredly rent this specific home again and if it wasn’t available for any reason then we would look for another property managed by Emily. Simply could not ask for a better experience renting a home than what we had here.

We just returned from a week long stay at Indigo Breeze. We've been to St. John and rented villas four other times and this villa and location was by far our favorite. Ajax Peak is a perfect location as the views of Coral Bay are incredible, you get the breezes, it's only a few minutes to Maho and other Northshore Beaches and you're in a central location to get to both Coral Bay and Cruz Bay. The villa is perfect for two families with children as all bedrooms have interior entrances (not common on St. John) and the pool is in a separate area so the children can't access it unattended. The interior of the villa his freshly decorated and the landscaping, pool and views are gorgeous. Emily and Anthony both provided top notch service. We can't wait to return to Indigo Breeze.
