Spend your vacation in the penthouse of The Shores in Dayton Beach, taking in a 11th-floor view from your sprawling balcony that is to die for. Daytona Shores Club 1101 has a much larger balcony than smaller condos. You’ll have a full 180-degree view of the ocean where you can watch dolphins cavorting in the surf and occasionally even a whale lumbering past.
Daytona Shores Club 1101 is a three-bedroom / three-bathroom, air-conditioned, luxury condo that sleeps up to eight comfortably.
Ride the elevator up to the 11th floor and open your front door to enter a living room with expansive windows and sliding glass doors that look out over the Atlantic Ocean. The living room is outfitted with a fireplace and handsome leather furniture with built-in recliners that are so comfortable you may never want to leave this room. There’s also a new 50” flat screen TV with cable so you can keep up on your favorite shows. In addition, the home has free high-speed Internet so you can easily keep in touch with friends back home.
Just off the living room is the large tiled dining area featuring beautiful table and chairs worthy of your most delicious cuisine. Near by is the breakfast bar with overflow seating for four additional guests if needed.
The handsome kitchen is a chef’s dream and fully outfitted with everything you need to prepare great meals for your guests. You’ll love the granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and ample room to prepare your favorite dishes. There’s also a washer and dryer within Daytona Shores Club 1101, so you can keep your family in clean clothes throughout your stay.
The master bedroom includes a king-sized bed and wall-mounted 40” flat screen TV. Best of all, the master has sliding glass door access to the expansive balcony. Leave your door open and the sounds of the ocean will seem like they are coming from the edge of your bed. It is so restful. The nearby master en suite includes a soaking tub and walk-in shower along with expansive granite vanity with plenty of room to spread out your toiletries.
The second bedroom also includes a comfortable king-sized bed and a 32” TV perfectly positioned for late night viewing. The third bedroom features two queen-sized beds and a 32” flat screen TV. Both guest bedrooms overlook the majestic inter-coastal Waterway and each has its own beautifully appointed bathroom complete with large walk-in shower. Beds throughout Daytona Shores Club 1101 are made up with sheets with a minimum of a 400-thread count and there are plenty of towels to use throughout your stay. We also have a storage closet located on the first floor for your convenience!

many issues upon arrival.
No electricity in our bath area, no internet connection,raisins, cereal, cookies on floor in dining area. No blind on patio door, bedroom blind removed by someone and never replaced. Had to call to get in. We were "off line" and given temporary code. Was told they would call with new code, never did. Didn't appreciate workmen coming in twice without any notification. It was a very pretty place and beach was awesome. There was a lot of good, but probably will look elsewhere next year. Felt a little creepy getting our key from a lockbox in what appeared to be a very unoccupied business location.

Love property but Vacation Rental Pros ho help
Great condo property but had trouble getting the keys to work and took a couple of days to locate a garage door opener. Vacation Pro was of no help and didnt even give us the access code. Called their emergency number and never called us back!

Amazing property -- property management could use some help
This is an amazing unit and the owners truly care about their clients. However, the property management wasn't the best. Figuring out how to get your keys to the condo took a bit of time and returning the keys also was a pain -- you had to obtain/deposit keys in a mail box 7 miles away in an odd setting. Additionally, the garage door did not open when we first arrived. I reported this immediately (Saturday), but they said no one could work on it until Tuesday (it was a holiday weekend). On Tuesday I fortunately ran into the manager of the condo (non the property management team) and he quickly fixed the remote.
Again, having said all this, the unit was simply amazing and our family had a fantastic time.
