This cozy apartment is on the ground floor, but is tucked away from the street and has its own private entrance. It is just 2 blocks away from trendy and vibrant NW 23rd and 21st Avenues and tons of great restaurants, bars and shopping. It is also within walking distance of downtown and the Pearl District. So centrally located that you won't need a car.
The apartment has wifi, but no TV.
This condo is located in the upscale Goose Hollow neighborhood of Portland, but only two blocks from trendy Alphabet District/Nob Hill. It is just 3 blocks from the Providence Park soccer stadium (home of the Timbers). There are at least 100 restaurants and bars within a mile of the condo. There are two grocery stores within 3 blocks and Trader Joe's is about 5 blocks. The entrance to Washington Park is only about 5 blocks away. The park is the home to the Oregon Zoo, Portland's Rose Garden, Hoyt Arboretum, Japanese Garden, and miles of forested hiking trails.
Parking in the neighborhood can be tight at times -- especially at night. I recommend getting around by foot, bike, or Uber/Lyft but if you have a car and need parking, I can make some recommendations. Burnside Street is a major public transportation thoroughfare and is only one block away. MAX trains, street cars and Zip cars are also all within walking distance.
