Why Ginnie Fowler chose San José del Cabo
Great views. Private, walled garden - Ground floor - easy access to parking
What makes this Condo unique
My condo is unique in that it has a completely private terrace and two of the walls in the condo are full floor to ceiling sliders that give an unobstructed view of the Sea of Cortez beyond the terrace. You will not find this privacy anywhere else in Lomas de la Jolla. Ground floor unit is easy access to the lower parking lot - passing by the pool and through the gardens. Wake to view of the Sea with coffee and finish your day with a cocktail on the terrace. This is one view you will not forget.

Taxi's cost $50-$60 USD one way from the airport - private transfers can be arranged and cost $120 round trip/ door to door.
During your stay - you will want to visit and enjoy San Jose del Cabo. Clearly-marked and separated cycling and rollerskating/blading paths begin several blocks away and terminate in charming downtown San Jose del Cabo - originally a Spanish settlement and Mission. Today, San Jose del Cabo has evolved into a beautiful historic town filled with respected art galleries and a very diverse restaurant scene. A blend of locals, Mexico City hipsters, Canadian and American full-time and part-time residents mingle with tourists from all of North America and Europe.
