Le Jardin is truly a place where you can get away from it all. You can park your car and never use it again until it’s time to go home. We offer FREE beach tram service for all of our guests. Le Jardin is conveniently located right in the heart of the village of Baytowne Wharf, a self-contained village with world class restaurants, shops and nightlife right outside your door. Our beautiful 3-story townhome is professional decorated and well equipped. We even have Wi-Fi internet.

The First Level:

Walk into the main level and the first thing you’ll notice is the soaring 12 ½ -foot ceilings with crown molding and 2 sets of double French doors. You’ll also find an expansive living room with furniture that is both beautiful and comfortable, including a brand new queen sleeper sofa. If you’re the type who enjoys curling up on the sofa to watch your favorite TV shows or catch a game you’ll find our large HDTV (yes even HD service from Cox cable) hidden behind a beautiful hand painted armoire.

Our kitchen is a cook’s dream. Our professional Dual Fuel Viking Stove and Convection Oven, Sub Zero Refrigerator, wine cooler. Make your morning coffee in our grind and brew coffee maker, or if you prefer, walk 100 feet to a coffee shop to get your favorite morning coffee. We, of course, have a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessities such as a toaster, microwave, mixer, blender, ample plates, glasses, wine and beer glasses and kitchen utensils.

The dining room features an extra-large dining table and 6 chairs.

The front porch has a table and 4 chairs where you can enjoy your morning coffee, take in the serene setting or share a meal.

The Second Floor:

King Master Bedroom has with 10-foot ceilings with crown moldings, a King-size bed with Egyptian Cotton sheets, TV, ceiling fan, reading lamps, large closet, and a shared attached balcony (with bedroom Jr. Queen Master). The attached bathroom is equipped with double vanity, blow dryer, tub & shower combo and separate commode room.

Jr. Queen Master features 10-foot ceilings with crown moldings, a Queen-size bed, TV, ceiling fan, reading lamps, iron and ironing board, large closet, and a shared attached balcony. The bathroom is accessible from the hallway and features a tub and shower, and blow dryer.

Also on the second floor, you’ll find the laundry room with washer and dryer.

The Third Floor:

The King Master Suite features 10-foot ceilings with crown moldings, a King-size bed with Egyptian cotton sheets, a double-sided Fireplace, TV, DVD player, ceiling fan, reading lamp, iron and ironing board, and a private balcony with Views of the Bay!

The attached luxurious bathroom is appointed with all White Marble, double vanity, jetted jacuzzi tub with Fireplace, separate shower and separate commode room. Of course this bathroom also has a blow dryer as well.

As our guest, you will enjoy access to The Gateway amenities which include a pool, hot tubs, fitness center, and more. The pools are heated during the weeks of Thanksgiving & Christmas-New Year’s, and the months of March & April. The hot tubs are operational during the winter months.

What makes this townhome unique

Isn't it so annoying when you pay good money for a rental and they don't even have Salt and Pepper in the cupboard? When you rent our homes you will find much more in our places than you would in the typical rental. You'll find spices in the cupboards, sugar, creamer, salt, pepper, foil, etc. Our guests always comment on how well equipped our home is. While it may not be your deciding factor when you are choosing places to rent, you will appreciate it once you get here. Most everything you’ll need during your stay is here! Because we live so far away, we take special care to make sure everything is in perfect condition. It’s imperative that we have the best help. We employ a housekeeper who only cleans for a couple of people. We do not use one of those massive cleaning companies who dash in and out in 15 minutes and call it clean. Our housekeeper takes hours to clean our condo (so the cleaning fee is $20-$30 more than you’d pay with others but we ensure it’ll be really clean!) Come and stay with us and I can assure you’ll be happy!

Perfect vacation in a perfect townhome/condo

This beautiful vacation rental was perfect for our family. The teenagers had their own space and privacy, including their own bathrooms which is huge for young ladies. Fully stocked with high end appliances, utensils, pots and pans when we wanted a break from eating out. It's so convenient to everything in Baytowne Wharf. We were there during the first couple of days of tropical storm Cindy and loved having the space to play board games as a family while watching the rain. With four teenagers we felt completely safe letting them stay out to enjoy the activities/pool in Baytowne because we had our own code for the gate and townhome. The only downside is I'm pretty sure we all gained a little weight after enjoying the restaurants in Baytowne, Marlin Grill and the Broken Egg are a must when we visit.

The unit was awesome, it has everything you need. The place was so clean and awesome inside. Close to all the action, beach, shops, golf, tennis, and pools. Directions were spot on, and the walk to shops/bars/pools/ Acme Oyster House, Marlin Grill, Zip lines, play gounds, makes for a great day and great views from our unit to the Bay. You never need to leave the property...... We will be back

Great Location and Awesome Place

We stayed in LaJardin 166 for our anniversary. What a perfect location! Walk out the back gate and you are right in the middle of Baytowne. Beautiful Pool and wonderful sunsets from the 3rd floor balcony. The place was spotless and everything worked perfectly. Master bedroom suite was very nice with the spacious bathroom with shower and jetted tub. The decor was tastefully done and very comfortable. Parking was easy and convenient with the private parking area. Although we did not bring our kids, this place and location is just perfect for a family because kids can move about Baytowne easily and safely and enjoy all the activities.

Better than any hotel

I don't know why people stay in hotels. LaJardin is a fantastic deal. The grounds and baytowne resort are very nice. I really have nothing bad to say about the unit. Exactly as advertised. We have 3 kids.. 12,12,14 and this was a perfect spot for us. They could explore the resort on their own and we felt totally safe. The employees at sugar palm are outstanding, service is off the charts good. We had a minor issue with the fridge, fixed right away. Can't say enough about them. Its a no brainer, just book it.
