About Vacasa, FL - Florida Keys Office

Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.

Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.

Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!

Wonderful week

  • 5 of 5

Close to Duval but not too close to the noisy end, which we liked. Situated close to the Hemingway house, Butterfly conservatory, and lighthouse.

Great location

  • 5 of 5

Had a wonderful stay at this unit. One of several in an older house. However, had all the modern stuff needed for us (A/C, microwave, hairdryer, etc.) Located close to the beach. Easy walk up Duval for many more bars and restaurants, but we were very content with the local places as well. Would stay here again. One suggestion - include a brook or sweeper. We unavoidably tracked some sand into the unit and didn't have a way to clean up after ourselves.

Agency was great, the place...not so much

  • 2 of 5

Closet not usable so no place for luggage. Bathroom light switch also turns on ceiling lights in bedroom - very unpleasant when husband got up in middle of the night. Water just trickles out of shower head. No dish pan or drainer but they tell you to wash dishes before you leave. Floors were not clean. Great location and porch but really needs some updates and maintenance.

Owner's Response: We apologize for the disappointments this guest experienced. We'll check the water pressure in the shower and make sure the floors get scrubbed.

Stayed in November

  • 5 of 5

We stayed in Key West from 11/25-12/1. The condo itself was great. It was walking distance to almost everything. I have no complaints about the condo itself. I would like to warn anyone with a vehicle that street parking can be a real challenge. The outdoor lights didn't work and I didn't receive a response when I asked about it other than "We're looking into it." One other suggestion, other condos that I have stayed at before had stuff that had been left by previous folks, such as condiments. This condo was bare and we had to buy everything we needed. It wasn't a big deal for us as we didn't spend time cooking, but for families or anyone wanting to save money with a full kitchen, it could be a challenge.
