This wonderful residence offers more than 1000 square feet of living space, including a master bedroom with a king bedroom and a "unique" second room with a queen bunk bed. The temporary walls surrounding the bunk beds fold away to open up the space or can close for more privacy. This property is ideal for a family. Each of the 2 bathrooms are beautifully appointed and offer granite counter tops, luxury finishes and high end showers.
Lion Square Lodge North offers a private garage located adjacent to the property. There is a fabulous workout room just down the hallway and a secluded hot tub. A full-size swimming pool, hot tubs and sauna are accessible at the adjacent Lion Square Lodge, as is the famed El Sabor Restaurant.
Guests also have free unlimited access to the Aria Club & Spa, which is located approximately one mile from the unit, off of South Frontage Road. The facility boasts over 78,000 square feet and is Vail's most extensive workout facility & spa- unprecedented for its professional approach to fitness and personal wellness. Spring Break stay
My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay over spring break. The property is clean and is very well stocked with everything that you could need in the kitchen to prepare meals if you are not eating out. The location is also ideal, literally steps from the base and Lionshead gondola.

You can’t beat the location and amenities of this place. We were so thrilled to find a property that was a breeze to get in and out of, and also walkable to the beautiful Vail village. The condo has everything and is tastefully done- clean and elegant, while still maintaining that “mountain” feel. Highly recommend this place, there is something for everyone! Gorgeous and amazing location
Such an amazing property!! Manages to balance having more than enough space (for myself and three friends, we could have fit more) while also feeling super cozy. The unit is adorable, well decorated, and impeccably clean. The location can't be beat - right near the eagle bahn gondola and within walking distance to lots of restaurants and fun places to go out. El Sabor is yummy and right in the complex itself; Blue Moose Pizza and Garfinkels are a hop skip and a jump; all more casual but have delicious food and drink; fancier restaurants like Montauk are also close and fantastic. The shuttle to Vail Village runs often and smoothly, and it takes maybe 5-10 minutes total to get to that section of town (there is a path along the river you can also walk along, and it is a pretty easy and quick walk), where shops and restaurants also abound. Though it's close to everything, the complex itself is very quiet. Not to mention the pool, the hot tubs with the river and mountain view (though don't miss the "extra" one tucked behind the fitness center!), the sauna (all part of the complex); and the fireplace in the unit, even the bathrooms/showers. Every detail has clearly been carefully attended to in this unit, and everyone (management, staff, etc) we interacted with was friendly and polite. Will definitely be coming back, and have already recommended it to my brother for his upcoming travels!
Location can't be beat! Gondola right there.
This condo cannot be beat for it's mix of luxury, convenience, and slope-side access. The complex is situated directly next to the Lionshead Gondola - any closer and you'd be on the lift. The unit is also in immediate proximity to the ski school and ticketing area, as well as Lionshead's various restaurants, bars, shops, and skating rink. There is a rental shop right on the property, as well as a ski valet. After a day on the slopes, it became a daily routine to visit the outdoor heated pool, hot-tubs, and sauna. I confess I did not make much use of the gym - but it's there if you've still got the energy! All facilities are top-notch.
Parking for this unit is directly in front of the door, in a gated garage, with heated road/walkway leading in to melt any snow/ice. If you want to venture out, there is a free shuttle that connects Lionshead village to Vail Village, and everything in between. You can get to any of the main restaurants and apres-ski hang-outs with ease. Not to mention the renowned dining at the Arrabelle's restaurant and bar - less than a minute walk from your door.
The unit has all the high-end finishes one would expect to go with such a location, and decor that fits the Colorado vibe - wood furnishings, leather coaches, earth-tone tile - beautifully done. There are two full bathrooms and a fully stocked kitchen if you want to stay in for breakfast, or wish to meet up for lunch - one of the perks of staying slope-side! We went out to eat most nights, but still found ourselves using the kitchen quite often. There is a convenience store around the corner for basics, and a full super-market just a 2-minutes drive away (or take the free shuttle).
I have stayed in this particular unit in this complex numerous times. I recommend it to anyone looking for fast access to Vail's vast terrain, and who appreciates a comfortable place to kick-back when the day is done.
