This spectacular new build is Mackenzie Village's largest rental unit at over 1750 square feet. Spread over 3 storeys with brand new furnishings throughout, the 3 bedroom + den, 4 bathroom townhouse is ideal for families or large groups. Just minutes to Revelstoke Mountain Resort and downtown Revelstoke, this property boasts two private decks, high-end finishings, two king sized beds plus a queen bed, twin bunks beds and pull out couch. You and your guests will have the best in terms of comfort and convenience. Enjoy added amenities such as flat screen TVs, WiFi, fully stocked chef's kitchen, BBQ, board games, private garage for parking and dry gear storage and more. Stunning mountain views from every floor.
CHECK IN/CHECK OUT: Check out is 11am (fees may apply for late check out). Check in is 4pm. While we may be able to accommodate early check in or late check out, we generally require this full period to fully clean the townhouse. Please enquire about early check in/late check out availability prior to booking.
SLEEPING: The townhouse sleeps up to 8 guests comfortably. There are two master bedrooms which both have king sized beds. The third bedroom has a queen sized bed and a set of twin sized bunkbeds. Adjacent to the third floor bedroom is a den with a pull out couch and private penthouse deck. All pillows, sheets, blankets and towels are provided. There is also a washer and dryer conveniently located on the second floor.
DINING and ENTERTAINING: The townhouse has a fully stocked kitchen including a full sized fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, stove/oven, toaster and coffee maker. There are also plates, bowls, cups, wine glasses, cutlery, knives, cutting boards, pots and pans, hand beaters, food processor, slow cooker and more to ensure you feel at home! There is a breakfast bar in the kitchen and a dining table that seats 8 comfortably. The main floor deck has a barbecue for your private use.
PARKING: The townhouse can accommodate two guest vehicles onsite - one indoors in the heated garage and one in our outdoor/uncovered parking area.
GETTING AROUND: The townhouse is located 1 kilometre from Revelstoke Mountain Resort. The resort shuttle stops just 100 meters from your front door. Downtown is less than 5 minutes by car where you have access to all of Revelstoke's restaurants, grocery stores, shops, museums and more.

RULES AND REGULATIONS: Please contact the owner for a copy of the rental contract including a complete list of rental property restrictions. Please be aware that this rental is located in a building with other townhouses/guests and therefore noise regulations are strictly enforced (quiet time from 10:00pm - 7:00 am).
MINIMUM AGE: Minimum age for primary renters is 25.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: The townhouse is strictly non-smoking. There is no parking available onsite for large vehicles such as trailers, motorhomes, etc.
