About Tom and Karen Crider
Tom & Karen were born & raised in the heartland of Iowa, but have resided in the beaches area of Florida for 25 years. Tom owns & operates a retail window covering and home decor store on Gulf Blvd., just a block from the bungalow. Karen is in sales with a large firm and works from her home office. The Indian Shores area is ideal for a beach get-away because it is a bit less "commercial" and not quite as hectic as some of the other beach municipalities. Gulf Blvd narrows to 2-lanes through Indian Shores which add to safety in walking the area. The area offers several "mom & pop" businesses, rather than the corporate run-of-the-mill establishments so common in busy beach areas. Indian Shores Coffee Shop offers homemade muffins and breakfast and lunch sandwiches, just a 2 minute walk to the north. Salt Rock Grill is locally famous for fresh fish and steak offerings for over 20 years. We have entertainment like tennis courts and putt-putt golf, all within walking distance. The sand on our beaches here is golden and sugary with just the right distance from stepping your foot on the sand to dipping your toes in the calm waters. You'll see beautiful sunsets along our West coast here in Indian Shores year round. Come see what we love about Indian Shores Florida!

We had a great time it had everything we needed, it was beautifully decorated was really clean.
We had a great time, the house was immaculate beautifully decorated. The owners were super nice and made them self available if we needed anything. We loved that they had chairs towels and cart that we could use at the beach. We were close to everything. If I had one thing to say wish it had a standard coffee maker but not a deal breaker there was a coffee shoppe right around the corner. We would definitely come back
Charming and comfortable place!
This little villa is just beautiful and immaculately kept! It was very clean, charmingly decorated, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. About a block off the beach (the beach was quiet and beautiful, even during Spring Break) it is close to restaurants and activity, as well as places to relax. The owners were very nice and responsive. If we go to this area again, we will definitely book another stay here!
5 Day Getaway from Snowy NY
We are very pleased with our choice in renting this property. Close to the beach, it is well situated and has so much room. It appears small from the outside but it is well decorated an felt like home. Easy access to everything, we hope to return again in the near future. The owners are very accommodating and willing to help answer any questions anytime. Excellent property
