This is a no brainer with the train station one block away and miami metro bus and trolly station. Walking distance to shopping, restaurants, supermarket, parks with ocean views, back paths .................It is nicely decorated and equipped with everything you may need. I bought this property and fell in love with the neighborhood's tranquility and nice friendly people. A lot of charm and good energy!
