About Jerome Vernet
Like you, I also love to travel, staying in guest houses. Over the years, I have learned what works and what doesn't and what is needed. I've tried to make my vacation rental, a home away from home with all the necessities to make you comfortable.
Jerome Vernet purchased this House in 2005
Why Jerome Vernet chose Northeast Orlando
We originally bought this property to house both of our parents.

Sublime and relaxing!
First time in downtown Orlando for an event at Amway, and wanted to avoid the touristy stuff near WDW I did too many times while the kids were growing. Glad I found Jerome’s place! Area ambiance was fantastic. Everything walkable. Friendly folks all over. The home has everything and then some; Jerome clearly understands how to make his guests comfortable. One of the now grown kids is lobbying for a nostalgic Universal/WDW run. When it happens I think we’ll grab one of Jerome’s places in-town and do the short reverse commute for the park visits. Best of both worlds.
So five stars to Jerome!
Great accommodations! Lovely, charming and comfortable. You will have everything you need, above and beyond what you would expect, and it was immaculate. Jerome, the host, could not have been more accommodating. If you have any questions, he will get back to you immediately. Enjoy your morning coffee on a pretty little porch outside. The location could not be better. It's in a quiet residential neighborhood, yet within easy walking distance to beautiful Lake Eola, several parks, live theatres, and the mall. You are blocks from a major road with tons of restaurants and stores. Downtown Orlando is also very close We would have liked access to more channels on the tv, but other than that, this was a perfect place for a visit to Orlando.
Very nice spot. Owner was eager to make stay as comfortable as possible.
Property was neat and clean. Simple snacks and other welcoming amenities were in the kitchen. Owner had new coffee maker delivered during my stay and was having a new brick sidewalk installed as well. Owner was eager to make the stay pleasant. Thank you!
Very pretty, clean, well appointed, great neighborhood, nice owner
I loved my stay at this property. The owner, Jerome, was extremely helpful and courteous. The house is very nice and neat as a pin. The kitchen is modern and the neighborhood is truly great - it's close to all the businesses and entertainment near Lake Eola and its park. Also there is a great park the next block over along Fern Creek. It's great for walking and riding bikes. I recommend this house 100%!
Thank you so much for the kind words...hopefully, next time you come into town we can spend more time getting acquainted better...big hugs and safe travels
