About Jeff Pinkerton, Kathleen Genereux
Love being in the mountains either skiing, hiking, biking, pickle-balling, art shows, eating at the many great restaurants, plays, parades and all of the fun festivals the different ski areas have for the locals and the tourists. Non-stop entertainment is always happening somewhere in Summit County.

Why Jeff Pinkerton, Kathleen Genereux chose Frisco
We're Colorado natives and have traveled to the mountains for decades. Frisco is by far our favorite place because it has everything we need without the crush of people you'd find in Breckenridge or the high prices in Vail. We have owned four different places in Summit County before this one. We really appreciate the open feel of the unit itself--but more the great southern exposure with the private park in the back. Quiet, yet accessible; roomy with a very workable layout. Having a garage is a nice plus as well.
What makes this Townhome unique
The bike trail that connects Keystone to Breckenridge to Frisco to Copper Mountain and up and down to Vail. Scenic and quite the workout depending how far your want to ride... Being able to walk to stores and restaurants without using a car is a plus to us also.

Spring Break Ski Trip
Great place to stay. Centrally located. Close to grocery stores, restaurants, ski rentals and hiking trail for the days not skiing. The kitchen had all we needed. Had all of the staples and every utensil we needed. The bathrooms supplies well stocked and the bathroom heaters worked like a charm. We were pleasantly surprised by a welcome gift from the owner. The garage was a big plus. The decks are nice to have. Probably better in the summer but we used them a little bit.
My husband and I stayed here along with another couple. It was everything we expected! It is located in the heart of the town, stores, restaurants and ski resorts near by. Property was super clean and updated. It has everything you need for your stay. The backyard has a great view of the mountains. We really enjoyed our stay and will certainly consider it again for our next trip. It is the perfect cozy townhome.
Thank you for the very nice review; thank you. This place is new to us and we want to make sure guests are comfortable.
We're glad you enjoyed your stay and are welcome back any time!
