Relaxing and fun!
We had a great time staying here for a weekend getaway with friends! The house was really nice and there was plenty of room for a big group. We liked all the decks and that the beach path was just a few houses down. It also has a hot tub and we could see bunnies walking around right outside too! The inside was very cute and beachy, you can tell the owners put a lot of love into their house! We didn’t have any negative experiences with anything and would love to go back sometime! :)
Beautiful home with great views
Our family of 4 enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. The kids particularly enjoyed the bunk beds. The house is very clean, quiet, and has everything you might need. It is an easy, short walk to the beach, where we spent hours beach combing. The location is very close to both Depoe Bay and Newport, and a grocery store is 2 minute drive. It made for a great homebase for our vacation.
Absolutely beautiful and clean! Quiet and literally a minute from the ocean. My son never saw the ocean and he was welcomed with a very nice gift from the owner. Thank you for a relaxing weekend.
Light and airy feel
A good house if your looking for an ocean view, a short distance to a path to the beach, and from any window or sliding door you can hear the roar of the ocean. Perfect!
Fantastic beach house in a perfect location!
This place was great! Beautiful views out of every window, open floor plan for easy talking and hanging out...even a separate area for the kids to play Wii. And all that and a 2 minute walk to the beach. Such a great weekend!
Great property - great location.
Beautiful house - very comfortable. Nice beach with cool stuff located within easy driving distance.
Seasta-View is located near Depoe Bay Oregon otherwise known as the Whale Watching Capital of the Oregon Coast.Your visit to the “Whale Watching Capital of the Oregon Coast” is sure to be a memorable one. There is a resident pod of grey whales which makes its home off Depoe Bay from March through December. Visitors from everywhere come to whale watch either from the new Whale Watch Center, the many shore observation spots or you can take a charter out for a closer look.
Depoe Bay has the smallest natural navigable harbor in the world consisting of six square acres. Because of the proximity to the ocean, fishermen or whale watchers can be from dockside to viewing or fishing in a matter of minutes.
A huge sea wall runs the length of the downtown area which enables visitors to shop or dine always within view of the ocean. This is the only town on the entire coast with this amenity. Waves run beneath lava beds and build pressure to spout water as high as 60 feet into the air. These are known as spouting horns and are visible during turbulent seas and stormy weather.
