You will have plenty of sleeping space across 3 bedrooms (each with comfortable queen beds) and 2 full bathrooms. A kitchen complete with dual ovens, electric stove, microwave, Keurig coffee maker and fully stocked cookware / cutlery will make dining in a breeze. Our washer and dryer (plus iron) are also ready to freshen up your dirty laundry if you choose as well! You'll have the entire house and yard, including two parking spots in the driveway, with one additional parking spot on the street.
Head up the street to Redwood Regional Park or Joaquin Miller Park to experience wonderful parks, hiking trails, mountain biking trails, and outdoor theater (summer only).

Take a 15 minute walk down to our neighborhood grocery store Rockys or stop to get some amazing pizza at the family friendly Red Boy Pizza.
Montclair Village is a 25-30 minute walk or 5 minute drive has 2 grocery stores, Starbucks, Peet's Coffee, Noah's Bagels, multiple restaurants and 2 gas stations.
Drive 5 minutes and you will reach Park Blvd., which has wonderful family friendly restaurants including burgers, Thai, Italian and Brazilian food.
Getting around: Uber and Lyft are readily available. For ultimate flexibility we recommend a car. The Rockridge Bart Station is a 10 minute drive away, which makes getting into San Francisco very easy -- plus it's a great place to explore!
