In addition to the condo, guests have access to the pool area that provides direct access to the ocean. This quiet and relaxing location is just a few blocks from all the top hot spots!
If possible, I try to meet all guests at check-in. I live nearby, so I can answer most questions. However, I understand that most guests are here to get away, and I like to provide guests with privacy.
The kitchen is fully equipped and is a great way to save on dining costs. Some items we include are basic spices, salt and pepper, stove top, microwave, toaster, cups, dishes, cutlery, pots and pans. Publix grocery store and Whole Foods are nearby. I would suggest taking Uber to get there. It is approximately $5 each way. In addiction a full CVS and Walgreens are even closer.
PARKING - The building does not have parking, but there are several parking options nearby. However, Most of our guests find it easier and more cost-effective to use Uber to get around. Uber is cheper in Miami than in most cities. A ride from the Miami airport is less than $15, and a ride from Fort Lauderdale airport is less than $40. Most rides around town are $5 to $10 each way.
Parking garages are the most cost-effective parking in Miami Beach. The closest City of Miami Beach parking garage is at 7th St and Collins Ave. You enter the garage from Washington Ave. The address is 210 7th St, Miami Beach, FL. It is an 8 minute walk from the apartment. The rates are fixed by the City, and it costs $40 a day or $2 per hour.
The closest parking option is at 450 Ocean Drive. It is a privately owned, self-service parking lot. The rates vary with demand, and it can range between $10 and $30 per day. There is an attendant/security guard there 24 hours a day.
