Very nice and close to everything
House was just what we needed for 5 adults and one infant. Host was very helpful and considerate. Will stay here next time we are in Seattle.
Thank you for staying at my house. Next time your in Seattle and your looking for a place to stay, you are always welcome back. Thank you for the light fixture parts. It was an easy repair.
Reasonable price, great for multi-family, close to a lot of FUN activities
This was a huge house with a ton of sleeping options! Plenty of bathrooms for multi-family stay. The owner is very thorough and provides lots of valuable info around town. It was very close to the pubic transit center which was perfect for our day at the Space Needle/Pike Place Market. We were able to avoid parking all together! Great beach with tons of sea creatures and sea shells only about a mile away (Seahurst Park Beach). This old house is a bit loud and creaky, but it's unique and charming and has a beautiful backyard for kids to play in and has a fire pit for smores! If bringing kids go through the house first and set up high all of the beautiful home-made glasswork. It's beautiful art, but makes you nervous around kids. It was a wonderful stay.
Older home but very comfortable and clean for our party of 8 and toddler. Quiet neighborhood for pleasant walks. Appreciate use of portable crib. We were mostly out and about in the city and parks so did not cook any meals, but kitchen appeared to be adequately equipped.
Very peaceful relaxing place to stay!
Great quiet neighborhood felt like we never Left home staying at Greg’s property.
Glad you had a nice stay, you are welcome back any time.
Lovely and welcoming home away from home!
Neat and clean with plenty of room to spread out and with all the amenities you’ll need. It’s an older home with interesting architectural features on the inside and a lovely garden style yard outside. We especially enjoyed the fishpond and fire pit! A number of spring flowers had bloomed and more were on their way out.
The house was a cozy retreat when our family was relaxing together. It’s located in a convenient spot for getting to parks and the Puget Sound, as well as good restaurants and fun shops! It didn’t take longer than 30 minutes to get anywhere we went and the airport was very close-about 15 minutes.
I highly recommend this property. Greg, the owner leaves excellent instructions and the house had everything we needed to be comfortable, including a port a crib for our toddler. The neighborhood was peaceful and you could easily take nice walks and even walk to downtown Burien if you wish.
If we make another trip to Seattle we’ll surely stay here again!
