The house is situated between two parks, Berkley Lake and Rocky Mountain Lake--- both beautiful, peaceful and great anytime of year! The parks offer tennis courts, playgrounds, and great views of the mountain. Interstate 70 is very easily accessible and the easiest way to head up to the mountains! Willis Case golf course, one of Dnver's most scenic courses, is just blocks away from the house. The hip highlands square and Lohi districts are very close by, and downtown Denver is just minutes away!

The house has 3 bedrooms -- two bedrooms have very comfortable queen beds and one bedroom has a comfy full bed. The kitchen and bathrooms are beautifully remodeled and fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The dining area is great for families and friends to catch up over a home cooked meal, or have a fun night in with playing cards! Very Nice home. Comfortable and spacious.

The stay was fantastic, the home is I'm a quiet neighborhood with comfortable beds and spacious rooms. Very new inside and T.V. equipped with roku for streaming or phone screen mirroring. An amazing stay!

This is a lovely home with a cozy and homey feel. Really pretty, peaceful neighborhood too.

We loved this house. It was perfect for our family of eight. Offered great amenities and the inside is fully updated. My husband and I and our six small kids were very comfortable here. The house and neighborhood are perfect for families and it's in a great location for touring Denver and sight seeing. Close to downtown, shopping and hiking. Will definitely stay here again if we come back to Denver.

Excellent stay, warm home, awesome hosts

We stayed for 3nights. The hosts were flexible with our accommodations and extremely helpful with recommendations in the area as well as guidance for items in the home. The house was inviting and warm. It had all the amenities we needed and more! It was childproofed which was extremely helpful with our two and a half year old and our now crawling 7 month old. The house was easy to find and exactly what we were looking for. It was newly renovated so it feels more upscale and modern than it appears from the outside. The neighborhood is quiet and inviting as well. I highly recommend staying here and we will definitely stay here again on our next trip to CO.
