iLikeEich® (Permit # 4889) is a sunny and bright Post and Beam Mid Century classic with a sunny sparkling pool & spa with incredible mountain views that’s been reimagined and modernized with smart/modern home conveniences - including EV charging. Intimate and cozy vignettes designed with a blend of comfortable MCM and period pieces, luxurious bedding and linens with special attention paid to quality memory foam beds and varying quality pillow choices (soft/med/firm) in all bedrooms, fully stocked kitchen with every possible gadget a home-chef would appreciate - including a Jura Espresso Machine w/ frother (beans included).

Items provided inclusive of rental: Pureology Shampoo & Conditioner, body wash, Mrs. Meyers hand soap and lotion, Death Wish Coffee Beans, Tea and sunscreens.

Located in the Tahquitz River Estates area which is convenient to downtown featuring 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with 2447 Sq. Ft. +/- interior space and 10,000 Sq. Ft. +/- exterior space.

House Rules:

1. No Parties, Events or Filming/Shoots allowed unless approved in writing by Property Owner and all requirements are submitted/approved in writing/separate and additional fees will apply.

2. No unauthorized guests without written pre-approval from Property Owner.

3. Booking Requirements - all Occupants must provide valid Driver's License from the state of residency / Passport scans (International guests). All Occupants must sign "Waiver of Liability".

4. Maximum 3 cars allowed on property / per rental and must provide plates.

5. Due to severe pet allergies we are not able to accommodate pet stays.

6. Primary Occupant must sign Property Owner's Vacation Rental Agreement with Property Disclosures.

7. Standard Check- In Time @ 4:00PM. Early Check-In is not available. All check in times are by appointment. Your scheduled check in time is 4PM. Our Property Manager will wait 15 minutes post scheduled time then will leave the property. Check in will then be subject to a rescheduling fee of $100.00 and Property Manager's availability.

8. Late Check-Outs subject to availability and must be approved in writing by Property Owners and you agree to the following fees: 12:30~5:00P – $450.00

9. All persons must be 25 years or older unless accompanied by an adult or legally authorized supervising adult.

10. Max Authorized Over-night Occupants = Eight (8). TWO (2) DAYTIME GUESTS ARE ALLOWED. Ten (10) PERSONS TOTAL INCLUDING REGISTERED OVERNIGHT GUESTS REGARDLESS OF AGE MAY BE ON PROPERTY ONLY WITH PROPERTY OWNER'S APPROVAL IN WRITING, Due to neighbor/noise issues, people other than those in the Vacation Rental Agreement may not enter the property without written authorization from Property Owner.

11. Palm Springs Occupancy Tax of 11.5% & 1% TBID Tax is included in rental for all bookings 30 days or less.

12. iLikeEich is privately owned. Occupants/Guests/Licensees personal property, including vehicles are not insured by Homeowner against loss or damage due to fire, theft, vandalism, rain, water, criminal negligent acts of others or any other cause. Homeowner does not insure against personal injury to occupant or guests due to any reason other than the condition of the premises. It is recommended that Guest carry or obtain traveler’s insurance to protect occupant, guests and personal property from any loss of damage. Guest agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Homeowner from all claims, disputes, litigation, judgments, costs and attorney fees resulting from loss, damage or injury to Guest, occupant’s guest or their personal property. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.

13. No minor children are allowed on the property or in pool/spa without adult supervision at ALL times.

14. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. If you move any furniture, please move it back before leaving.

15. An inventory of all household items is conducted following each check-out and Guest will be charged for any missing items. Breakages, if reported, will be handled with a lot more forgiveness.

16. The fireplace and firepit are both gas and not wood burning. Please do not load any combustible items in the firebox/pit. Do not leave the fire unattended. Close fires before going to bed or leaving the house.

17. The house is on a public sewer system. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper. Please place all vegetable peels in the trash rather than the garbage disposal.

18. Situated in the low desert, electricity is not always as reliable as in other cities. There are occasional power outages. In the event of any short term or extended power outage, call the Homeowner or emergency contact numbers provided in the information book. Homeowner is not responsible for power outages or failure of equipment.

19. WILDLIFE: Because we do not allow pets of any kind at iLikeEich, it is home to many wild birds and animals including large wild cats that prey on domesticated pets . Please do not feed them or allow them to come into the house. It is common to see bobcats, coyotes in and around the streets near heal of the San Jacinto Mtns.

20. NO SPECIAL EVENTS OR PARTIES: iLikeEich is located on a 10,000 sq. ft. lot in a peaceful and serene area. Please be respectful of neighbors relative to any loud noise and music. iLikeEich cannot accommodate group events.

21. Guests are to securely close and lock all doors and windows upon departure. Turn off coffee maker and appliances. Turn off electric wall heaters. Check for running water, running toilets, and empty trash into receptacles before leaving.

22. The Guest’s Security Deposit is fully refundable if the house is left clean and undamaged. Refunds will be made within 14 days after check-out.

23. STORM/ ACTS Of GOD/ IN EVENT OF FORCE MAJEURE POLICY: STORM/ ACTS Of GOD/ IN EVENT OF FORCE MAJEURE POLICY: No refunds can be given for any events including but not limited to: storms, acts of God, bad weather, power outages, streaming video content becomes unavailable, WIFI goes down or neighboring construction noise.

24. (A)Stays 7 days or longer require mid-stay cleans at the cost of $250.00/clean every 2 weeks. If your booking request is longer than 7 days we will need to revise your quote and resend it for your review and payment. Daily cleans are available and need to be requested in advance so we can coordinate with crew. (B) Daily cleans are $150.00 and will require a revised quote be sent for review/payment. (C) Should the property be left in poor/excessively bad/dirty/soiled condition that requires the cleaning crew to stay beyond their contracted 4 hour check out clean; an extra cleaning fee will be deducted from your Security Deposit at the time of check out at a rate of $350.00 min with an additional $50.00 each additional or fraction of an hour after 1st 2.5 hours of overtime.

WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS: Any exceptions to the above rules and policies must be approved by the owner in advance.

By reserving through VRBO/HomeAway, Occupant(s) agree to all terms and conditions of this agreement.

Beautiful Palm Springs Mid-century
This fabulous Eichler designed home is beautifully appointed with high-end appliances and features. The kitchen is spacious with every amenity and appliance provided, including an espresso/cappuccino maker. The bedrooms all have wonderful light with views to the yard or courtyard and the bathrooms are spacious with lovely fixtures. The backyard is an oasis surrounded by palm trees. The fire pit, seating areas, grill accompany a large pool with a relaxing spa (like a hot tub attached to the pool). The location was perfect for us, just off of Palm Canyon Road and close to the heart of downtown so that we could enjoy the shops and restaurants. Reuben's team of Mayank and Shane were extremely helpful. Mayank communicated quickly and efficiently during our booking and prior to check-in. Shane greeted us at check in, gave us a tour of the house, yard, and pool and made sure we had everything we needed. He responded quickly to our questions and was welcoming and gracious. This property is not only a beautiful mid-century modern house, but was so comfortable and relaxing for our family during our week-long Thanksgiving stay. We enjoyed it and our time in Palm Springs tremendously!

Wow wows this a great house!
This house is a must stay! Everything is impeccably done. It’s not only stylish but comfortable and functional! The kitchen is stocked with top of the line utensils and appliances, the sheets and towels feel expensive, even the products provided were great. The pool is terrific. The location is perfect. We loved it! And should out to Shane who let us in and have us some fun ideas on how to spend our trip! He was so helpful and lovely! I’ll book this spot again. Thanks!

Exquisite home, comfortable with a great layout. The BEST coffee maker. Beautiful relaxing backyard. Hope I’m lucky enough to stay again. Shane the house manager could not have been more attentive and helpful.

Mid century modern vacay
The property was amazing and immaculate. Communications we’re on point with everyone involved. We had some questions about certain things in the house and they were promptly answered. They even checked in on us during our stay. Not sure if it was because we stayed during the hottest weekend but only half of the house seemed to get cool. The bedrooms never seemed to get cool. We only stayed for a short weekend so we made it work. We would definitely go back

Why they chose this property

There are quite a few reasons why we love this house so much. First and foremost, this home has so much drama and emotion for us, that we immediately felt a connection to the house and could see ourselves living there. From every vantage point we had, we could see amazing architectural details ranging from high ceilings, transoms, Fleetwood sliders, centralized atrium, sensitive refinements to the kitchen and bath areas. All these amazing details truly sung to us. With each step we took advancing through the house we could feel each other's energy and excitement which, was hard to contain at moments. The house made us giddy and we hadn't really realized the impact this house had on us until we both walked out and said, we need to go back in and see it again. Usually, Tim isn't good for a 2nd tour however, this time he was more than excited and willing. We went back in this time with a more scrutinizing eye, looking for problems as to why this house could never work for us. Again, our excitement couldn't be contained so we started talking about buying it. Buying a house didn't make any sense at all, at the moment. We truly weren't in the market however, we knew we had to make a move on this house because it was truly special and checked every box with us in as far as wants, needs, design, form and function. We submitted our offer that same day and had an acceptance that afternoon.

This home is very special to us in so many ways. We are connected to this house heart and soul. We love spending time at iLikeEiCH and get to the the desert as often as we can. We often times walk the rooms looking at the light and how it changes the perspective, at different times of the day. So as you can see, this home has demanded our attention from the very beginning. We're just so glad we can call it our own and share this beautiful space with other admirers.

What makes this property unique

iLikeEiCH embodies so much warmth and inner beauty, it's just hard to leave it. Tim and I find that we often times just walk from room to room looking at the different perspectives as the daylight changes. However, overall, we do love that the house is a SMART house, with E.V. Hookup, automated, Pool, Spa, Exterior Lighting and timed light switches just really makes living in iLikeEich so easy.

Moreover, we love the upgraded Bosh appliances, soft plush linens, fine high quality bedding and the Pureology Shampoo and Conditioner
