Bit of Perfection
This location is perfect. Deborah is awesome, condo is clean, neighbors & 24/7 security guard are friendly & the location is perfect; walking distance to river entrance, chutes, schlitterbaun, & downtown. We will be back!!
The float Inn is a great place to stay, very spacious and close to many amenities.
Glad you had a great stay!
Roomy and well appointed, but...
My wife and I stayed here for a month, from the beginning of March to the first week of April.,The place is roomy (can probably sleep up to 8 people comfortably) and well equipped with everyday essentials. WiFi and cable TV worked well. A decent place for us to stay while our house construction is nearing completion.
What didn’t we like? The unit sits just above the community hot tub and by the pool. Even though the unit is on the second floor, noise insulation is quite poor, and with quiet hours not starting until 11:00 PM, it was a challenge to get any sleep earlier than that when the hot tub is being used. Additionally, in at least 3 occasions, I’ve had to go down to the hot tub and remind obnoxious and loud people that pool hours end at 11:00 PM. The pool is not secure at all and at one point, I’ve had to go down there at 1:00 AM after I contacted so called “on site” security to complain about loud people in the hot tub only to find out there was no onsite security which is supposedly available only during the summer. I believe most of, if not all, the folks who didn’t follow the pool hours were outsiders who weren’t even staying there as I saw them drive off. Staying over the spring break weeks probably exacerbated the problem.
A nice place, but for those seeking a quieter accommodations, I suggest you look elsewhere.
Great spot to be.
Great place to stay and enjoy all that New Braunfels has to offer.
Property manager is caring and it shows in the quality of the place and amenities.
Clean, comfortable and room for enjoyment.

Take the children to Landa Park to ride the miniature train through the park, for a picnic, to hike through Panther Canyon, to visit the Founder's Oak that dates back to the 1700s, to swim in the springfed swimming pool, and to hear a summer evening concert at the dance slab. While in Gruene, visit the General Store and other unique shops, music venues, and restaurants. Take the scenic drive up River Road to Canyon Lake for horseback riding, hiking, and water sports.
