This half duplex features a private entrance and fenced-in backyard with lots of seating inside and out. The newly renovated bedroom, bathroom, living room, and backyard give a fresh beachside feel sure to help you unwind and relax! Guests have access to their private half of the house offering a bedroom with a queen bed, living room with a pull-out sofa, free Wi-Fi, 4K Smart Roku TV, Blu-Ray/DVD. We proudly provide a personal laundry room with the guest's washer and dryer. Each room is prepared with all the essentials needed to make you feel at home. Beach towels and cooler are also available for guests to use.

Cancellation policy
- 100% refund of amount paid if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
- 50% refund of amount paid (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in.

You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.
